No, it's just a molle drop leg platform to attach pouches or holsters to. You'll need to buy whatever holster you'd need separately

What size are the leg straps

Don't know the answer in cm's etc but easily goes around my leg im 6' 2" and 17 stone so not chicken legs. Hope this helps.

Would I be able to have it around my lower leg?

Can’t see why not if you tightened it enough, the top strap wouldn’t reach your belt anymore though

Would this fit an 11 year old leg?

The leg straps are elasticated which is why I purchased this particular product, and my 13 year son has used it with no problems and feel this would be fine.

Good quality, and service that lets you overlook some delivery issues

The first two platforms arrived in a different color to what I ordered, but the seller's contact was quick to respond and shipped two replacement items without any additional cost, albeit - through no apparent fault of their own - with a bit of a delay. The platforms themselves appear to be sturdy and well-made, the straps can be adjusted in a precise and positive manner, wearing comfort and ease of use are as expected and quite satisfactory. All in all, a rather hard to come by niche product, but well worth a wait, if this is what you want.

Wrong Package TWICE!!!!!

This is unbelievable... I've ordered this thinking you might actually send me the right tactical equipment. This is poor labeling and false advertisement. Take this down from amazon or send me the right products... Really unhappy with this. I've spent money on something I needed and wanted and I've gotten dog collars...
