Got these and they work. Most of all my grandson loves them he said he can have a light party now in the bathroom with out having to turn the lights on! Worth every penny! Dorothy adults u can find your way in the dark to your thrown!

Works well. Certain colors are brighter than others. Need to find the color that is right for your situation. Biggest disappointment is the amount of time that unit stays lit once activated. Light stays on for 2 minutes. That’s a long time in the middle of the night. Can’t adjust that.

Let me start by saying that I love this idea ! I find myself making several trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So, there's obviously a need for this product. The only problem here was the item failed to function as described. What you should know before you buy: it requires 3 AAA batteries that are not included. Here's a detail description of what I experienced. Once again, I love the idea and the price, but will it work? I installed 3 new AAA batteries and installed the item by bending the arm with the light bulb and hung it on the side of the toilet. I closed the bathroom door to make it dark and nothing happened. There was no light. I opened the battery compartment and made sure that the batteries were placed correctly and they were. I wiggled the batteries a little bit and behold ! There was light! Now, I close the battery compartment and hang it again on the side of the toilet and I see the light changing from red to orange to yellow to green to blue to pink etc... I push the only button on the unit to choose the blue and it stays at blue ! That's good so far, right? I walk away to see if it turns itself off as it suppose to, but the light stays on. I come back 10 minutes later, hours later but the light stays on. I turn on the bathroom lights and it turns off, then I turn off the bathroom light, the unit light come on again but it stays on indefinitely even with motion or movements. It stays on all night until the morning light hits the bathroom. Then, the next day, it doesn't come on at all without taking out the battery compartment cover and figuring with the batteries again until the light come on. Then it starts changing the color until you push the button to select the desired light. Once that is done again and again, the light just stays on indefinitely... *** Conclusion 1-Motion detection failed completely on my unit, when it's on, it stays on. 2-Battery contact inside the battery compartment is NOT aligned properly in order for the unit to work as intended. 3-Light sensor doesn't always work. Sometimes, it's bright in the bathroom but it stays on. 4-Cheaply made, the battery compartment door and the way the metal pieces for the batteries to make proper contact seems to fall off. 5-The only button on the unit doesn't get pushed in or out or it doesn't slide, it feels very cheap. 6-Not reliable. Let's say I loved the idea and I wanted to gift a bunch of these to my elderly relatives and friends, how can I be sure that the unit they receive will work? And if you were lucky to get a working unit, how long will it last? There must be better quality items out there that were made better.

Color selection is cute, amount of illumination is ideal, commonly available batteries install easily and will last a long time and the compactness makes them obstruction-free, but the real value is night time, SAFETY! For that element alone, these phenomenal little, motion activated lights should be in every bathroom of any home!!! SAFETY.....They are unbelievably simple and effective. For the benefit of yourself & your loved ones, get some and install them, today!

It’s dead already. I don’t understand why we go through these lights so much. I just bought this in January and no matter how many new batteries I try to put in it and change it out. It’s not coming on. This is like the fifth light. I love these. I just wish it would last. I mean we’re a grown adult adults. It’s not like anything’s happening to them or someone’s putting them in water.
