Good quality board with the appropriate thickness to grill. Many other boards are too thin, but I have had great success with fish. The plank also a nice smooth finish and natural flavoring that does not overpower

These are nice thick planks, they come packaged nice and easy to carry/store and it is so nice to open them up and not smell that they are treated with chemicals or wrapped in some plastic, after all, we are using these to cook on. Love that they are sustainably harvested.

Nice thick large planks. Able to hold a good sized salmon filet. Imparts a good subtle but distinct cedar smoke flavor. The thickness allows each plank to be used multiple times.The price per square inch of cedar cooking surface is a good value.
