ProBody Pilates Yoga Ball - Gym Grade Exercise Ball

Very large, high quality, soft and pliable exercise ball. It stands quite tall. Very happy with my purchase. Not misshaped like so many have been that I’ve ordered. Very pleased. Gym grade, beautiful aqua color, comes with pump, plug and exercises in a brochure. You won’t be disappointed.

Bought two of these yoga balls to help with balance and I love them. They are sturdy and help a person to learn to keep their balance. There is a smooth side and a raised nubby side. I use both balls or discs together. The smooth side teaches you to learn your balance and the nubby side helps feet release tension and also helps with balance. As an older adult, I find that keeping your balance is quite important and these help train you to do that. Don't put a lot of air in the ball/disc as you want it a little soft not hard. Once you can stand on them using two balls, then try standing on one ball with both feet. These are fun to use for any age.

Easy to inflate with included pump, 2 plugs, and a plug removal tool. Quality construction.

I purchased this ball for PT. I struggled to pump it up using the plastic one that was included. Finally. my PT pumped it up. It's nice quality and serves It's purpose just not easy to inflate.

I bought this after returning another product that had a defective hole to pump the air in. This ball is everything it says it is. Good quality and perfect for physical therapy. I'm buying the 75" for my husband.

I love this ball I can do many excersie's the same as the ones I do at PT, granddaughter loves rolling and sitting on it , great ball, color and durability, very easy to pump up.

Bought this exercise ball for my pregnant wife, but I actually use it myself during the workday as a chair in front of my monitor. The quality is excellent: it doesn’t slip, the material feels very pleasant, and there is no unpleasant smell. I previously ordered a ball from another brand and had to return it because the material caused skin irritation. This one immediately feels much better made and higher quality. Very happy with it.

Richt kaum nach Gummi. Die mitgelieferte Pumpe ist ausreichend. Ansonsten gutes Produkt.

For reference, my height is 180 cm (5'11"), and this ball size fits me perfectly. It supports my posture well and feels comfortable for longer sitting or exercise sessions. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and functionality. Some people may need time to get used to sitting on a ball instead of a chair, but once adjusted, it feels natural and comfortable. I would recommend this ball to anyone looking for a reliable Pilates or yoga ball just make sure to select the right size based on your height.
