As long as your gift is small, it's a perfect bag. I've used it for door prizes, candy, etc with pretty tags. (Also from Amazon). I may order it again, just to have on hand.

I love these little pouches and you can't beat the price. They aren't super well made, but because they are very cheap that is to be expected. You definitely get what you pay for, but these are perfect for the intended use. It's to put little gifts and make them look a bit festive. Perfect bags for that.

Although by design these dancing scarves cannot really be made to be all that sturdy or durable, if used for floating through the air while dancing, I do not see why they would not last as long as you might expect them to last. But understandably, if used to play with baby dolls or other imaginative play ideas children come up with, they might not last as long. I gave them five stars for sturdiness and durability taking into account that floating through the air while dancing, they should expect to last as long as sheer material can be expected to last. While they are a lot of fun for dancing, they can also be expected to be used imaginatively for other uses. They would be perfect for executing the rudimentary movements for a beginning juggler to learn the skill. Could also be used to teach colors. They are a delightful play thing and I do recommend them.......just for fun, or for a gift. But if given for a gift, it might be a good idea to include a CD or two of beautiful dancing music, or a small boom box, or collaboratively with other birthday party guests to provide all three.

The black and gold combo looks really elegant. I added some red shredded fillers to give it a punch. The mesh nicely allows for viewing the contents. Finished it off by getting some black and gold "Thank You" stickers. The bag was very spacious - was able to put 8 gold-foil Hershey's chocolate candies with the filler, with room to spare. Without the filler I think it would easily fit 15-16 such pieces of candies. The party favor looked really good - so I think.
