Worked great on my 15 year old cedar deck that was dirty. Be sure to buy a long handled stiff bristled brush at Home Depot as you will need to scrub the surface. Be sure to follow the instructions. You will also need a 5 gallon bucket to pour the cleaner in. I used 2 gallons for my deck. After applying rinse off with water.

I used this product to clean my solid-stain painted deck. I spread some around a small area (using a soft bristle push broom), let it set for a couple of minutes, scrubbed the area with the broom, and rinsed. The product did an excellent job of removing black spots from fallen leaves (mildew). I am definitely pleased!

I always liked star brite but after their deck cleaner i am a true believer. This stuff is awesome. It doesn't cure terminal diseases but pretty darn close. I used it on pontoon seats, plastic consoles and of course rubberized decking. All like new!

Was not impressed at first. Did not feel cleaned well once rinsed. However once deck dried i could see a difference. There is some areas not coming clean though. Used thirty second cleaner and then this again to spot clean. Left on for few minutes prior to rinsing which helped. I do not feel great for deep cleaning but it did make a difference.

It really cleans the deck. Year old stains from nasty water and it absolutely glows!!!! Will definitely be keeping this one.

This stuff worked better than I thought it would! The key is to not do too much at one time. Get the area wet, like instructions say, pour the cleaner on, and let it sit for a few minutes. I used a deck brush, and lightly scrubbed, and my floor cleaned up looking nearly brand new!

This stuff is basically a spa day for your boat You just brush it on, let it do its magic, and suddenly your deck looks like it’s been personally blessed by Poseidon. Pros: Doesn’t require Olympic-level scrubbing. Actually non-skid—which is nice, because my balance is questionable at best. Cons: Now my neighbors are suspicious that I hired a boat-cleaning army. I have no excuses left when people want to come aboard Verdict: If your boat has been looking like it needs last rites, give it Starbrite. It’ll go from “abandoned pirate ship” to “yacht club ready” in one afternoon.

Outstanding product. Used on painted deck. It cleaned the deck very week.

I used half the bottle to clean a 26’ cruiser boat that was not really dirty to begin with. The result is ok, but it does not remove everything.
