Genuine nintendo switch with genuine charger and instructions, all works well and very pleased as i purchased another from a different seller that was not genuine, wish i brought 2 from this trusted seller instead

Nintendo Switch Lite reviewI believe that ingenious Nintendo engineers predicted that Switch will be the only serious gaming handheld console after PS Vita’s retirement.I am an experienced gamer starting who began his gaming adventure back in 1992 with my first NES console.I usually do not play on mobile phones as the vast majority of games offered there are too shallow to keep me interested for longer than several hours.What can I tell about Nintendo Switch Lite after nearly 1 year of use?4 words will suffice: Best ever handheld consoleNintendo Switch Lite is a sister console to “big” Switch. The difference is clear – both in console itself and also in price. Switch Lite is a handheld only console. It does not offer an option to play on TV screen.The console itself is slightly bigger than a 200g chocolate bar and measures approx:Width: 8.1-8.2 inch,Height: 3.5-3.6 inch,Depth: 0.5 inch.Switch Lite has a 5.5” 720p (HD) display which is an optimal choice for this size of console and does not drain the battery instantly.Specifications wise:- CPU/GPU: nVidia Tegra based custom chip- RAM: 4GB LPDDR4- Storage: 32GB eMMC memory- Addtitional storage: accepts microSD/HC/XC memory cards, up to 2TB capacity- Connectivity: Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards), Bluetooth 4.1, USB-C, standard 3.5mm headphone socket- Input devices: built-in (integrated) controller, capacitive touch screen, supports external controllers- Battery: 3570 mAh- Speakers: built-in stereo speakers- Games delivery: custom Nintendo cartridges and digital eShop purchasesHow is Switch Lite in real use?It’s one of the best handheld consoles ever made, if not the best. Upgraded hardware allowed for new generation games being developed on it and also allowed for some spectacular conversions from other platforms (like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in example).Switch Lite and “big” Switch share the same games catalogue and there is no difference in CPU/GPU/RAM between them. There are several exemptions, games which won’t work with Switch Lite due to handheld only built but 99% of games work with absolutely no issues.Battery wise: Built in battery allows for 3-7 hours of play, depending on the complexity of the game of course.Would I recommend Switch Lite?If you are looking for hanheld console – 100% yes. Switch Lite is 30% cheaper than “big” Switch and shares the 99% of game catalogue. There is no reason to buy a big Switch then, in fact, Switch Lite offers better battery life than a “big” Switch in handheld modeIf you want to play mainly in TV mode and handheld mode is only an addition – then buy “big” Switch, but be prepared for a lot higher price to pay.Overall score: 10/10 – for amazing gaming experience which you can take everywhere you go.Please feel free to have a look at pictures attached (Switch Lite shown is in a transparent protective case).

Bought as a present for my daughter so it's more of a review of the console as a parent.Perfect console for kids. It has a good collection of AAA and indie kid friendly games.The menu is really easy to navigate for children.You can put parental locks so to speak so children cant play certain games. Also you can put a timer on the switch lite itself so you only allow an x amount of time for the child to be on it in a day. You can customise this so they can play longer on weekends for example.The portability is fantastic, easy to use and reach each button without and restrain on your hands (so far atleast).Although I believe the battery life is not bad, it would have been nice just for it to last for an extra hour or so, however again, this is for my daughter who is only allowed on it for so long in a day so it's not a problem really.The only con I really have with it is that there are no apps like netflix, like previous generations, however this is a portable gaming console so it's not much of a con just something to bare in mind.Honestly though if you are a parent and thinking of getting a switch lite for your child, I would definitely recommend. It is all you need and the restrictions you can set are easy to use.

I ordered a turquoise switch lite and it worked 24 hours I checked the battery on the device it was at 70% and then 10 mins later the device was blacked out and would not respond or turn on this device was dated (2024) this will be relevant as I explain. So I ordered another device (dated 2023) plugged it in with the charger it came with waited half an hour, it wouldn't turn on at all, thought ok maybe a dud charger, so I used the charger for our original switch console and nope still wouldn't turn on. These devices are EU and come with adapters in the packaging, the boxes have no seals so you can't tell if its been opened already or not, so I've returned both and ordered from Argos which device is dated (2022) and as soon as I opened the box and took the device I pressed the on button and on it came perfect with pre charged battery, as they should and normally do. So for saving the extra few £'s on here its not worth it at all because both had to go back and didn't come with UK chargers, there was adapters in both boxes however these clearly aren't Nintendo issued as both had different adapters ( shape and colour one was white and square the other was a beige brown and triangular) so I do not recommend buying this product based on my experience of two devices in 2 days.
