You get what you pay for! Best of the best!
Every bed we looked at on Amazon many reviews claim, doesn’t hold air, or cheap quality. After researching beds on Amazon we knew the Brand Englander because we have a real Englander mattress in our bedroom which we love. I wanted to get a good air mattress since we have our family in and out of town and sometimes we need more than just the spare bedroom for sleeping space. Out of all the airbeds I have had over the years this really is top of the line so I can say you honestly get what you do get what you pay for!The fact that it was the only microfiber airbed we saw peaked my interest, our prior airbeds were mainly plastic sides with a velvety like top. This air mattress is fully Microfiber, durable material, and extremely light weight to move around. When we blew it up it inflated in under 2 minutes and seems to be built like a tank, very similar to a real bed. The bed is SO comfortable, I am not even kidding it literally sleeps like a real mattress. Another thing I noticed was after we blew it up like they stated this bed did not have a foul odor that stuck around like others claimed they had. It had that brand new smell and after about an hour there was no odor at all.Englander is a good Brand and has been around for a long time so for me spending the extra $20 bucks over the leading ones we saw was well worth the money. I would rather pay a little more and have the it last than cheap out on it and have my guest experience be unpleasant. We are thinking about getting another for our Airbnb in Denver since it will allow some more people to stay and we trust they will have a good sleep experience. One thing I will note, this held air the whole time, the instructions did say to top it off with some air after 24 hours because the microfiber material will stretch. The warranty on it was the best we saw on Amazon, many beds we looked at only had 30 days! The company keep us n the loop when the bed shipped and sent another message after we received it checking in to see if we had any questions. I like that they put their customer service information on the bed along with the phone number in case there are any issues, quality products and good support go a long way with me. Spend the extra money and give it a try, I am sure you will have the same experience we have

So happy I bought this!
In effort to transition our son from our bed to his own bed, (but still stay in our room), I researched different options - cots, futons, etc and hit upon the INFLATABLE option. Who knew??? I saw this bed on amazon, read through the reviews, did some price comparisons, brand comparisons, etc and decided to purchase the twin size by Englander. I chose this for several reasons: because it's higher than other options, and the level would be closer to our bed height. It's the size and feel of a "real bed" -- its extra wide, and not a narrow cot with a thin mattress. It's wide enough that I wasn't worried my son would fall off. I can easily sleep in this bed with him - there's plenty of room! And best of all, it's inflatable. When he is ready to move to his own room, this can be stored easily for house guests. It was so simple to set up; I had it unpacked and inflated within 3 minutes. Inflating it is beyond easy. This whole bed feels like top quality-- reliable and sturdy. My son was SO EXCITED to have a real bed, and he loved it immediately and still LOVES sleeping in his own space. This has been an amazing solution for us!There have been only a couple of downsides to it: 1) I had a hard time finding sheets to fit it; I did my research, ordered a deep pocket fitted sheet set that I measured to fit this mattress, and it still didn't fit. Nor did the mattress pad. Finally, I just took them off and put a twin fleece comforter on it as the bottom sheet, and a regular twin sheet on top with a comforter. We have not had a problem with this, but I'm not sure how I would manage it with older guests who need real sheets. I'd suggest getting a full size sheet set and tucking in the extra. 2) After sleeping on it one night with my son, I knew I needed to order a memory foam mattress topper. This is more for me than my son. I don't think he would have noticed either way; however, an adult might find it less comfortable without it. 3) Not necessarily a negative but since we have this out 24/7, we do have to re-inflate about 1-2 times a week. It just gets a bit soft and if you sit on the edge, it sinks in. It does not need total reinflation. I like it to be firm and full, so it's personal preference. This would not be an issue if it's merely for overnight guests. All in all, we LOVE it! It is way beyond my expectations. It was a great price and size, and it was the perfect solution for my son to have his own sleeping space that's still close to mom and dad!

Superb air mattress.
I was initially doubtful about any inflatable bed for our friends but took the plunge with this one.I have to say that this bed inflates quickly and our friends today told us that they had a great nights sleep on it. They were so impressed that they told us that too will be ordering one as soon as they get home on Tuesday. I couldn't believe that an inflatable bed could be as good as they told me so I took a nap on it this afternoon and it was 100% true. Not only is the height great but the comfort level would defeat most "normal" beds that you can't move easily. The only downside is that as this bed is double height even an extra deep fitted sheet will not fit. This is not a deal breaker for me but it is something that I think people should be aware of. Our fitted sheets are for an 18 inch matress and while they do work with this bed they don't go all the way down to the bottom but wrap at around half the way up. That said our friends said that they didn't move over the night.I can't comment as to durability as we have only used it once so far but the bed feels solid and well made so I am sure that it will with intermittent use last us for years to come.So in conclusion I can heartily recommend this bed to anyone hosting guests for either a night or two or up to however long your guests want to stay.Update:After six years this bed has been used many times and it's still as good as new. It loses air pressure slightly after around 3 months but a quick inflation cures that in 2 minutes. So I still stand by my 5 star review

Important Information!!
California King: Mattress is good, comfortable, easy to use.The purchase point on this mattress for me is the advertised 5 year warranty (says so on the website)!! We all know that mattresses go bad just after the warranty ends, which is usually a year.I really like this mattress. It is so comfortable. It doesn’t bubble up in the middle forcing you to the sides, and it doesn’t naturally sink in the middle. Normal, very minimal deflation is noted but, a few seconds of air and it’s good. We’d wake up on an inflated mattress and it would keep air (until it didn’t-why I had to make a claim). Keep reading…I purchased mine on Dec 29, 2020. I have used it THREE times. I have only ever had it on carpeting or a blanket laid on the floor, no rough housing, just sleeping. On July 30, 2021 it failed to hold air, losing over half of its volume. No holes/tears. No malfunction of the pump. I called customer service to file a claim on the warranty. At this time, I was I formed that there is a TWO year warranty on their mattresses but since I fall in those two years, they are opening my claim for a replacement (when it comes in stock) or a refund. I opted for a replacement and they will notify me when it comes in stock (usually up to a week), or I can call and change to a refund if I’d like.Customer service was great, courteous and very helpful.I told the service rep of the discrepancy on the warranty period and she stated she’d tell the internal IT team about it and get it changed on the website…it is 2 years.

Best Airbed Ever
Ordered the Queen Englander inflatable bed to convert our den into a guest bedroom when needed. It arrived about 10 days after ordering it. When received, the hubby and I wanted to try it out first before having guests sleep on it just to be sure it would hold up and there wouldn't be any deflating issues. It inflated very quickly in a matter of a few minutes. Fully inflated it looks just like a regular bed & surprise, surprise, there is is no plastic smell whatsoever. This is the only airbed I could find in my research with a microfiber cover - well worth it!!This airbed looks larger both longer & wider than my old queen sized air bed. But - my queen size fitted sheet (deep pocket) fits great as well as the top sheet and queen sized blanket. Here we go for sleep test......we're both in our 60's with some back and joint stiffness issues. Hubby settled into it for the first night. He has lower back issues and reported next morning he felt great - his back pain was no different than when he sleeps on our regular adjustable bed mattress. Airbed stayed well inflated 1st night. 2nd night hubby reported same thing - no issues - bed is very comfortable considering it is an airbed. Again, the bed stay inflated without need to put more air into it. 3rd night I slept on it - same thing - no issues - very comfortable and bed remained inflated. My former airbed required adding more air each night it was used. When inflated this airbed does stay inflated - excellent!!So far, extremely impressed with this airbed. It cost a bit more but it is well worth it. Very easy to inflate and deflate. We are very happy with this purchase and our guests will be happy they have a comfortable bed to sleep in when visiting us.

Mattress was excellent and Mayfair Customer Service was even better!
We got this mattress to use in a winter location in Florida. We planned to spend 6 winter months (Oct. 2019 to April 2020) in Florida and to use this mattress until we purchased a more traditional mattress. We used it for the entire time. It was easy to inflate, held the air very well, was comfortable. It was also the right height for an old couple. We were very pleased with the Englander mattress. We returned to Florida in Nov-Dec.. 2020 and again added air to the mattress. During this period, though the mattress continued to hold air well, the mattress burst one of the seams so there was a sizable lump in the mattress. This obviously made the mattress less comfortable. We ordered a traditional mattress and put this mattress in its bag in the closet. In March as we prepared to return to our Michigan home we debated what to do with this mattress. It was then that I found the paper in the mattress informational material that claimed the mattress had a 5 year warranty. So we had had the mattress for over one and a half years, had used it for several months, had gone through 2020 and the covid pandemic that harmed so many businesses--I did wonder if this 5 year warranty would still be honored.I called Mayfair and left message. Within an hour a customer service rep called to speak with me about the problem. He took the information, apologized for the inconvenience of the seam issue, told me an email would be sent to which I should reply. The email was in my mail box when I got off the phone. The email asked for a brief description of problem and also a photo of the mattress if possible and an address to which a new mattress could be sent. I replied that day and I received a new Englander mattress in less than a week! I was blown away by the courteous and the very prompt resolution to my problem.

Exterior microfiber not as advertised
The listing says it is flocked microfiber the entire exterior. When mine arrived it had no microfiber on top or the sides. This is my 4th New Englander mattress that I have purchased. They usually last about a year and a half before some minor leak happens that I have never been able to find with a spray bottle filled with soap. Why do I keep buying them? Well it’s hard to find a 20” high one and also 42” wide.I was excited to see this one had microfiber on the entire exterior so that sheets would stay down better. This one is so slick I could go sledding with it.

Luxury comfort at a reasonable price!
I was skeptical at first about this air mattress due to the mixed reviews about it but once I slept on it, I was very impressed! I got the queen and I'm a big guy, at 6'2" 300lbs, and it supported me great! This thing is huge! My feet don't hang off of it either! Plenty of room for a big guy like me! It doesn't even feel like an air mattress! To me it feels better than a regular mattress. It only takes a couple minutes to inflate, and it holds air for a very long time! I haven't had to add more air yet and I've been sleeping on it for a week now! I like that its raised up off the floor too which makes getting on and off it easy. It has a 5 year warranty too which is great! I paid $140 for the queen and its worth every cent! Highly recommend!Update: Originally ordered on August 17th. And delivered on August 30th. After 2 months of sleeping on this, it developed an air bubble which only got worse the next couple of days. It became very uncomfortable to sleep on. I contacted the seller on October 18th and they sent me a new one for free. The new mattress got here on Tuesday October 26th. Well 2 more months pass by and now its December 2nd and yet the same thing happened again. Another air bubble. I'll be contacting the seller again soon. I hope they send me another one for free because I don't have anything else to sleep on and have limited funds. I think I might just invest in a heavy duty cot with a mattress. Not buying another real bed anymore for personal reasons. This is getting old though. Having a new air mattress develop an air bubble after only 2 months and then have to wait for a new air mattress to arrive while having to sleep on the messed up one. This might be the last time I do this. So if you buy this product, be prepared to expect this to happen.Developed an air bubble on December 2nd.

Keeps the air in… it didn’t go down as the company said it might.
Liked the height, comfort and the colour makes it look less like an air bed and more like a real bed.
