Is the coating food grade and fda approved? thank you

It is made for food prep. I make my home made pizza, make pies, using it . Who knows official certification. Contact the company maybe or just use it as others do.

Where are these made?

Dear customer, our parchment circles are made in China. Please be assured that our products are 100% safe, hygienic and high quality, and countless customers have already used our products. We passed FDA certification, and have FDA certificate. Please feel free to buy! Thanks!

Do these paper have any animals derivatives?

As far as I know, no animal derivative

should it be ok to keep one in microwave all the time just to keep the glass plate clean

they are smaller than most microwave plates, but yes, they should be okay as they are parchment paper. However, you would want to replace it pretty much every use--it's not going to absorb liquid spills and things will soak through, so maybe not the most effective, much better to just clean the glass plate (since you'll have to do this if there is any soaking through anyway.
