I've had CFS/ME for almost 20 years, and in the last few years have developed extremely bad, lengthy headaches in response to certain foods (i.e. dairy, soy, refined sugar, or anything with monosodium glutamate in it). So I bought these with limited hope they would help but much to my surprise they actually *DO* work, and work exceptionally well. Until recently, any of the "danger" foods I mentioned above would have caused me disabling headaches that lasted on average 3-to-4 days. Unbearable to say the least. So these supplements have been nothing short of a miracle for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm now able to tolerate and enjoy some of the foods that used to cause me awful discomfort and pain. In fact, if I do feel a headache coming on (the day after I've had something on the naughty list mentioned above) taking one of these clears my headache reliably and much faster than aspirin or paracetamol. Incredible! I take one as advertised, about 5 minutes before a meal, and one after if it was a very heavy meal. I only wish I'd discovered them sooner...they're a Godsend considering how effective they are. I've had precious little luck, through the course of my illness, to find anything that works so brilliantly. Just so glad I discovered these. What an excellent high-quality supplement ❤ and my sincere thanks to the people who dreamt it up! (In case you're wondering, no, this isn't a paid review, and yes I am a genuine customer just giddy with gratitude!)

Please, don't listen to negative reviews just because this product didn't work for the reviewer. It could just be that they didn't have a histamine issue or that a lack of DAO is not the reason for their histamine issue, or that they're not on a low histamine diet and DAO alone can't put a curb on their histamine intake. There may be many reasons, just keep in mind that that type of review isn't reflective of the product itself. Here are my two cents regarding the product itself. It's great value for money! So far, I haven't found anything comparable on the market in terms of price:HDUs ratio. The fact that NaturDAO is plant based is also great and makes it stand out from other non-cruelty-free brands. The pills are easy to swallow, neatly packed and the little bag of beans on the box is very cute imo. It's still early to tell for me but I seem to be tolerating it well (in terms of adverse symptoms or side effects), but even if I didn't because I don't tolerate many supplements, I still think NaturDAO is a great product, worth a try if you need to take DAO for whatever reason. And it does seem to help with my histamine issues. Honestly, I'm really glad that NaturDAO exists because I don't think there's a better option out there. Good job with this and thank you so much for making this product!

A GOOD SUPPLEMENT HELPFUL FOR GUT HEALTH

I have been taking these for about 4 days now and have already noticed that I am much more comfortable after eating my meals, experience less constipation, less mood swings and overall I am less swollen as human being. I am actually surprised with how well these have helped my histamine issues. I will continue to take them daily and look forward to seeing what happens moving forward. I imagine these will only work for people who actually have an issue with histamines. 10/10 no side effects just a comfortable body.

These tablets made me break out into a hot sweat and gave me a head rush! Not the result I was hoping for from a vegan tablet. I will look for other vegan options now.

I took this, hoping it would help with my histamine intolerance issues, but instead, I just got a low level but very consistent feeling of nausea and dizziness. It's a shame because I was really hoping this would work for me, but I can't take it anymore if those are the side effects. The nausea and dizziness went away in about a day and a half after I stopped taking it. This might work for someone else though, so long as it doesn't trigger those side effects, like it did for me.

All i can say is i wish i would have found this years ago. I have suffered as long as i can remember with intermittent headaches, stomach ache, rash on face, flushing when i drink wine etc . Then i got to menopause omg it was a million times worse as i took BHRT . I have been taking BHRT for three years and not getting the benefits from its, still getting night sweats, aching body etc. Doctor was no help saying some people can't get on with it . So I started to research and join the dots and found out BHRT don't work well if you have lots of histamine in your body so I started taking DAO (also take quercetin and super B complex and Mega-Mag) and straight away like a miracle things started to get better ........no headaches, sleeping better, my stomach feel normal no bloating and upset stomach and BHRT is also slowly getting better with less flushes at night so if you think you are Histamine Intolerance please try this :)

Been taking these for a long while now. I have MCAS. And these let me have some foods and drinks I would otherwise send me into allergic reactions, some of which severe. (Havent tested with alcohol or fermented foods), but everything else it works amazing! I do take 2 for throw away foods and 1 for snacks. I cut them into 4s as they are quite big. Make sure to take these 5 to 10 minutes before a meal! Always have quick delivery even in these trying times! (Literally got it next day) Dunno where I'd be without these! Thanks so much to the people who make these! (Side note: A low histamine diet goes a long way!)

Na mnie te tabletki działają korzystnie. Dopiero niedawno odkryłem, że fatalny wygląd skóry mojej twarzy jest związany z histaminą (a mam 62 lata). Do tej pory lekarze przepisywali antybiotyki i mówili, że to trądzik różowaty. Odkąd biorę te tabletki i unikam spożywania produktów zawierających duże ilości histaminy jest kolosalna poprawa.

Intolérante a l'histamine, diagnostiquée et laissée dans le flou depuis des années avec un traitement a base de cortisone et d'epinephrine, j'ai testé en désespoir de cause. Et je ne regrette pas. Je n'ai quasiment plus de brûlures d'estomac (nous verrons a la prochaine gastroscopie si l'inflammation a réellement disparue) et j'ai pu manger des aliments banis depuis des années comme les bananes sans avoir de brûlures autour et dans la bouche. Il faut rester lucide sur les attentes, je n'irais pas quand même pas m'envoyer un plateau de crustacés. Je tiens à la vie! Donc je ne vais pas dire que c'est parfait et que tout va bien mais si ça peut m'éviter ulcères et autres joyeusetés en me permettant de varier un minimum mon alimentation, ça me va.
