Wordima USB-C to 3.5 mm Headphone Charger Adapter 2in1 is exactly what I needed for my new 11 “ iPad Pro! Its T- shape allows it to be connected without any stress on the C port. It has a 3.5 mm port for your headphones and a C Port for charging your iPad, should you desire to. The sound quality is really excellent and the fact that you could listen without any worry of running out of power is comforting. Furthermore, you do not need to worry about any Bluetooth settings. The Wordima USC-C to 3.5 mm Adapter/Charger was recognized immediately! The fact that the device is so small, it would be possible to leave it in place. I was surprised that it even worked with the Wireless Keyboard Case I was using! It also comes with a Lifetime unlimited refund! It was also the most reasonably priced of all of the selections. The packaging was extraordinary. The box is wooden with foam insert with a cut out supporting the adapter. There was also a red ribbon at the bottom of the foam cut out to enable easy access to the adapter! I highly recommend this product.

I had this at a 5 originally because it looked good, was well presented and worked as a headphone adapter. On a long journey I connected it up as I started to drive and it worked as a headphone jack - until I added the power cable. At that point the headphones stopped working. So at any given point I could use it for my headphones or for charging, but not for both. I reported this issue to the supplier who apologized and promised to send a new one, but did not...

This product stood out when I was looking for a USB C adapter for my Pixel 2 XL to use my 3.5 mm headphones. Adding the ability to charge while listening was an added bonus and I will use this while traveling. First impression was awesome. This product is well packed. The metal part if this adapter is encased in plastic. There's a nice paper band around the box. Gives you a feel that your really purchased a quality product. Instructions were great. Plug in the headphones and the charging cable and then plug this adapter to the phone. That way you will keep your phone adapter plug last longer. Sound quality is excellent. Charging worked well. My only feedback is that charging gets downgraded if you use a rapid charger from "charging rapidly" to "charging". Not a big deal but something to consider in the next upgrade for this product from the 1.2 fast charge.

Let's start off why I purchased this device and maybe it will also help you decide to get one too. I have a lot of headphones and IEMs. Some are easy to drive others not as much. So I had been using a portable dac amp to help drive those headphones or not using an amp and just dealing with the loss of volume and clarity that I bought higher end headphones for. The problem with using a typical portable dac amp is that they tend to charge their own battery from the device (phone or tablet) you are plugged into. This kills the battery in the phone or tablet at an alarming rate. So imagine how pleased I was to discover this usb-c adapter that not only allow for quick charging but has it's own built in dac. Built quality: The build quality is very nice and the "T" shape helps protect the usb-c jack. Unlike cable based adapters that almost always develop a short in them from moving around while plugged in I know that is something I won't have to worry about with this adapter. Sound Quality: While some people with still want to use a seperate amp with this adapter, and I even used one for my Beyerdynamic 990 Pro 600ohm cans. This is not a knock on the Wordima adapter as I would never expect an amp without its own power source to drive such a high impedance headphone. With that said it can easily drive everything else from 32ohm IEMs to 300ohm headphones with plenty of headroom. The sound profile favors mid-bass but does not make it overpowering or mushy. Basically if you have headphones which are already tuned for the lower end this just gives it a little push without sacrificing quality. I found the sound profile great for my genre of music; jazz, classical and 70's rock. Compatibility: I successfully used this with my Google Pixel 3a XL, 11" iPad Pro and a portable DAP. I have a laptop at work that has a USB-C port that I can't wait to try it on that come Monday. While I have not tired it I would think it could even function as a dac and charger for a USB-C equipped Chromebook. Charging: The Wordima charges your device at the rate that your device would charge without it or so near I could not tell the difference. I did not notice an increase in the USB-C port of my devices while charging. Summary: To sum everything up just buy one. It will provide the extra sound qually you cannot get from a headphone jack all the while keeping your device charged and ready to go.

The packaging was awesome but unfortunately it didn't work with my note 10 plus.
