They were a Christmas gift for my grandson so I have only seen them once, but they were approximately 10 inches long by 5-6 inches high.

Do these have lead in them?

Lead was outlawed in toys years ago. If a company is using it they certainly would keep it a secret

What type of batteries are used incase if required to replace?

I am sorry I don't know! I sent them to my truck obsessed great nephew. I only know he loves them (he is just under 3).
