Do you maybe have a msds (material safety data sheet) for the sandalwood aftershave balm?

MSDS’s (now called SDS) are for pure substances, not commercial products. The ingredients are listed on the bottle and you can google search each individual ingredient for its SDS.

Can anyone confirm if this is similar or superior  to the aos sandalwood after shave balm? i'm seeing reviews that the aos formula was downgraded

I am not familiar with aos sandalwood after shave balm. However, I am very happy with mine. Nice fragrance and formula is great for my skin.  I have short thinning hair and after shave and shower I put it my face and hair and scalp. I looked at the ingredients of the product you mentioned and mine.  I prefer mine, less ingredients.  Mine is less expensive, so give it a try.

Does it feel sticky when it goes on; and if it does, does the stickiness go away?

The product is not sticky at all and really does not leave that slick feeling like normal lotions do. I have light oily skin and using this product does not make me feel "greasy" after application.

That was one of my initial concerns, as I said I have lightly oily skin.

Also if you are worried about the smell it is SUPER LIGHT. I have a very sensitive nose and the scent does not bother me at all. I can rub a bit on my mustache area after shaving and not a turn off at all.

It generally takes about 5 to 10 minutes to dry when I put it on. It usually wears off my hands as I rub it into my head and face.

I do about 3 squirts on my head, one on each side and one on the back of my head.

Then I put one squirt on each side of the lower part of my neck.
