The item is factory sealed, though the top part is lifted, quite a bit. Thought the item has not been opened, nor there is any tear on the seal. It does seem that the cart may be loose inside.

Even for its time, it let me down a little
Read a review of the original playstation or sega saturn version to know what the game is like.N-GAGE VERSION: the graphics live up to the original very nicely, although the game runs slower on N-gage than on the original console versions. This has its pros since it gives you more reaction time and makes it seem kind of charmingly cinematic.Controls are perfect.What makes this a sad version is the fact that they removed so much from the original. There are no cutscenes, no music, several levels have been removed, there are no bonus levels, and even the ending credits level is gone.And it probably goes without saying, but the online functions are long discontinued and do not work any longer.If you have any of Sony's portable game systems, or a Playstation 3, download a copy on one of those. N-Gage's version is now worth nothing more than just being a collectible.
