Can you list what spices are included?

They do not have a list of the spices as they send what is on hand at the time of shipment. I sent them to my niece and nephew and both were satisfied with the selection. Additionally, they do offer 'free' refills which you pay shipping and handling. Hope this helps.

How big are the jars?

The main compartment of the cylindrical jars is about 7 cm (2 3/4 in.) tall and about 3 3/4 cm (1 1/2 in.) in diameter, which means it can hold a volume of about 80 mL (2.7 fluid oz).

Can the labels be removed?I want to label the spices in Spanish.

you can cover them, but the labels are permanent
