No sound came out, is there any way to get a new one?

Hi, please make sure the batteries are inserted in the correct direction, if it still doesn’t work, please contact us through amazon and we will help you.

Is it loud enough in a roomfot senior citizens to hear??

I would think so but I guess it depends on how large of a room. I think it’s pretty loud, at least to me lol. If you want to hear it let me know and I can send a video to you

Why is mine not loud? I need for online classes.

Need new batteries or defective.
