Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) - Space Gray (2018) (Renewed)

So far my iPad hasn’t given me any problems , everything is in great condition. Even though it’s refurbished I don’t have any scratches or cracks, I’ve been playing sims free play with no problems and that games takes a lot of space.

I was very scared of the potential quality of the product when I first ordered it. The various negative reviews that appear at the beginning of the review section tend to do that, however, my experience so far has been a positive one. The package took less than 24 hours to arrive from the seller to my home. The package was neatly wrapped and the tablet came inside a generic brown 12x15x2in box. The package came with the tablet inside a clear plastic foil, which was within another thin plastic clear foil, which was within a bubble wrap. Least to say, there were no bumps caused on the ride here. I opened the package, proceeded to take off the suit or armor the tablet came in, and inspected the goods. Here’s what I found: Positives: - Everything came as advertised (Tablet, charger cable & charger brick.) - The top, side, back, and front of the tablet came unscratched. I put it under various kinds of lighting to see if I could see something, but nothing came up. The screen itself looked virtually brand new, no fingerprints, lint, etc. - Also, the seller went through the liberty of, not only fully resetting the device, but also changing the name of the tablet to my name in the “about” setting in the settings Apple app. Very nice touch. You Negatives: - Paint chipping in the outer lining of the charging port of the tablet. -Minor paint chipping in the lower left corner of the tablet. Side notes (not relating to the tablet itself): - The charging cable and brick were incredibly awful. Both cable and brick felt cheap, Chinese sweatshops could probably pump something better than whatever they sent out to charge the tablet. The ends of the cable are made of plastic, and the cable itself felt like a round zip tie. Not only that, but an empty testicle of mine would still weigh more than the charging brick. But enough appearances, what about the quality of the charging? Well, (roughly) the charging cable+brick was producing a total of 1% every 3-5 minutes. Meaning 12%-20% an hour, or a total of 5-8 and a half hours to charge from 0% to 100%. This was ridiculously slow. I thankfully had another USB-C type charger and an old Apple power brick laying around which incremented the charging to 23%-25% every hour. UPDATE 7/23: after returning and being refunded for the defective iPad sold by Kanga, I ordered a 64g in silver from Certified Tech. The device arrived via FedEx, securely packaged 3 days earlier than estimated. It came with an appropriate charging cord and wall piece and - surprise! - even an impact resistant Speck case with a cradle for the Apple Pen. This unexpected delight has been very useful and, despite me paying a little more for a 64g than I normally would (I need this for virtual teaching in the fall), it saved me a little in providing a safe casing for it too. The device came charged at 80% so it cut on immediately and was ready to go. I’ve been absolutely in love with my experience since - I feel as though I have a new device! The product itself had a single minute scratch on the side but it otherwise is in great condition and has been working beautifully. I’ll check back after a few weeks with updates. ———— previous review, different seller: The device I received did not charge. I attempted to charge it with the charger sent (a Verizon charger) and a legit iPod charger from a friend. Neither worked over several hours. Set up for the refund while I contacted the seller who, not only closed their email using an entirely different name to address me but insisted they did not sell me the device and I must be mistaken. To be clear, this was sold to me (as verified by Amazon) by Kanga. As far as the return process, whereas normal amazon returns can be dropped easily at a locker, they required UPS, which is currently operating fewer stores and on more limited hours.

it’s a good ipad and everything works great but the only reason i have this a 4 start was because it came with a couple dents on the 4 corners of the ipad but other than that it fit my needs

The iPad came in really good condition with no scratches or any damage. It looks and works really good! Shipping was also faster than I expected which was nice. Definitely recommend getting it for those looking to get an ipad at a good price.

this iPad is great. It serves the purpose of everything I need it and it’s very handy. I was able to easily transfer all of my information from my iPhone to the app for my own phone to the iPad without any problems. What kind of video?

I tried out the "seller refurb" route using amazon refresh. Technically all amazon does is sell seller refurb items and provide amazon backed return policy which is why i tried it. I decided to not go the apple refurb route for the ipad pro 256gb so I can save myself $130 by getting it through amazon. I figured I could get the squaretrade 2 yr warranty for 2 yrs if I liked the ipad as I had 30 days to buy the warranty. I got it from Woot which is just a hub for different sellers think like ebay sellers selling under 1 centralized hub. Item was marked as "Like New" so i figured why not plus I bought from amazon warehouse so the return would be directly to amazon no 3rd party emails back and forth to approve the return. It arrived in a generic white box and the ipad was wrapped in bubble wrap. Something about that presentation just yells lack of quality in terms of packaging. The ipad corners came dented like someone dropped it. It wasnt the end of the world but thats not really "like new" thats more "good" condition. The ipad screen was scratch free. I seen a half inch hairline scratch which is only visible under directly light and I was looking for it but under normal conditions I would never notice it hence why I call it "scratch free". It arrived with no charge which is pretty annoying frankly they should have shipped it with some juice to get it started. The provided charger was 3rd party and did not charge the battery so like others said bet on the provided charger not to work. I had to use my personal usb c charger to get this powered on. After doing a full charge and doing an update. I did diagnostics on it to check overall functionality. Used the "phone diagnostic" and "battery tester". Phone diagnostics test that were applicable all checked out fine. The battery tester rated from 0-1000. 1000 was brand new 0 was a crap battery. This battery was rated at 585 and I ran it 3 times and each test was consistently at 585. That rating had it close to the yellow (not good). I ran the same test on my ipad 9.7 the other day and I was getting 800 on that unit. If I paid under $200 for this I would have kept it but not for $500. I have a ton of eink devices remarkable/onyx boox since I can't stand the quick battery drain on the ipad so it did not make sense to spend $500 on a something with 50% battery on it. I heard for a new battery apple will replace that for $100. I did a quick cost assessment and buying the ipad apple refurb is $140 more (including tax) and they put in a new battery and replace the body for the peace of mind. The extra expense was a no brainer. I packed this back up and sent it back 2 hours after opening it then bought the apple refurb on the apple store online. All in all I would not be buying a "used" electronic from Amazon again unless if it was for an time under $50 as its very likely to be crap quality.

Best experience, it's just scratchless. For some reason they sent me with a note that they sent a 512gb for same price which is definitely something everyone will wish for. Recommended store!!!

OK, so I am gonna give my most honest honest review Hopefully this is helpful Unfortunately, the iPad did come late, but I don’t think it’s their issue more of a delivery issue However, first days the iPad works phenomenally well however as a few weeks progress, it does start to lag, which is absolutely OK considering the price of an iPad in the market compared to this one My biggest suggestion is that though it comes with a charger I would recommend going out of your way to go and buy a genuine or authentic apple charger, preferably just in case the one that they provide does not work, as it sometimes does and sometimes does not The iPad itself was in mint condition. I never even noticed a scratch or even a dent, which was honestly shocking. The packaging that it comes in is not stable for the iPad so I just thank God that it came in one piece But overall, I knew what I was getting into when I purchased an iPad from Amazon because I’m not crazy enough to think that it would be the same mint condition as though I was buying from an Apple Store But with that in mind this iPad is genuinely good if you are looking for something that is budget friendly and you’re not looking for anything major than this is definitely the device for you

Estaba muy indeciso porque la inversión es algo fuerte pero no me arrepiento llego con estética de 9.8 con un ligero rayoncito imperceptible a simple vista en la parte inferior de la pantalla y eso si me llego sin cargador ni adaptador, pero fuera de ello en un estado excelente, si no le dijera a alguien que la compre re acondicionada no se daría cuenta. La batería dura bastante No hay problemas con el wifi No hay problemas con el bluetooth No hay problemas de carga No se sobrecalienta Suena excelente las bocinas No trae bloqueo de icloud ¡La verdad quede más que sorprendido!!! pero Enormemente feliz ☺☺

llego en perfecto estado, tenia mis dudas pero honestamente esta perfecta, no le falla nada ni un pixel muerto, todo le funciona perfecto, llego con un cargador que no es original pero de ahi en fuera todo al 100%, no duden en comprarla!
