Is there much room to loosen the bungee cord on these sandals? My husband’s feet swell & need a shoe he can loosen when needed.

I am not sure what she means by a bungee cord, but the strap across the shoe can be adjusted for comfort.

Are this authentic Teva sandles??? I’m afraid to by fake ones not only that it is illegal

And some are likely to be old stock, and Teva keeps changing there shoe designs, colors, logo placements, etc., and so many of their designs are similar. Some sellers likely have authentic shoes, some might have authentic Teva shoes but because of supply chair are guessing at model, and there is the risk some counterfeits from others. Who really knows?
