These are super great towels. They are the kind of quality towels you might find at The Marriot or Hilton hotels. They are a medium weight, low lint, and very absorbent. I ordered them in white, and they feel very spa-like and durable. They are generous in size and look very nice in my bathroom. Easy to wash and dry, with a low amount of lint. They feel great on the skin too.

I prefer a towel that is not too plush. These still have great texture and weight.They are more absorbent than the large, plush towels that I have purchased in the past. These are wonderful. I’m using them both in my short term rental and at home.Washes well.

These towels are perfectly usable and look nice, but I would not describe them as premium quality. The fabric is softer after washing, but out of the package they felt thinner and less substantial than I expected from Turkish cotton towels. They absorb water reasonably well and the set offers good value for the price, but if you're looking for the thick, plush, luxury-hotel feel, these may not fully meet your expectations. The stitching and overall finish are acceptable, though not exceptional. Overall, a decent everyday towel set, but there is definitely room for improvement in quality and thickness. Good for everyday use and reasonably priced, but don't expect high-end luxury towels. The quality is average rather than premium.

These hand towels surprised me. At first they seem ok, a bit thin but after first washing them, the towels became fluffy. I’m happy I purchased them and would buy again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW NEW REVIEW: Upping to 5 Stars, from 4. At first these were not very absorant and left fuzz on my skin when drying off. However, I’ve since washed them 2-3 more times and now they’re great. I recommend them. Just know that they will improve with washing. It took about 3-4 washes before these start absorbing well and they no longer leaves fuzz These towels are soft and a decent size (I’m a size 10-12 and these are just big enough to fully wrap around my body). They washed well too. Only negative is that these aren’t super absorbent like “nice towels”. When drying off out the the shower you have to rub a few times to get dry. I found this odd since it says 100% Turkish Cotton on the label. I’m not familiar with Turkish cotton.. is it different than USA cotton? Idk. For the price these towels are great though. But if you’re looking for the kind of towel that soaks up water droplets just by wrapping the towel around you (like a $20+ department store towel), you might be disappointed. Would recommend if you’re on a budget. UPDATE: reducing from 4 to 3 stars due to the fuzz they leave on my skin. I would normally rate his more like a 2 but they were cheap, so best quality wasn’t expected. I have been using daily for about a week. They’ve been washed once (when I first got them). I noticed some fuzz the first couple times i showered but not much because the gray against my brown skin wasn’t noticed. However I licked my lips after drying my face and got a TON of fuzz in my mouth! Like A LOT! so I’m sure it’s going everywhere. And will probably have my dryers lent trap full after every wash. Still doesn’t absorb well at all. When I dry my hands on them it is almost like drying them on a fleece blanket.

I bought these to replace 10 year old Walmart towels. The Walmart towels were extremely thick with extra long loops and a very dense weave and even after over 10 years of heavy use and machine washing, they are still thick, but no longer feel soft as they used to and do not look good. I am planning to retire these and use for doggie baths. I am comparing the Hawmam towels to the Walmart ones. My first impression of the Hawmam brand was the packaging. The towels were not fluffy and the package stated that was normal and to launder them and they would fluff up. I did machine wash and dry low heat and they did fluff up but I noticed the loops are not very dense and that contributed to towel drying faster than the Walmart towels. There is a noticeable lack of density of loops--yet the total weight of the towel is higher than expected given the less dense looping. The second thing I noticed is that 3 of my bath towels had long threads hanging. Do not pull on these because I did that to one and it pulled a whole section of looping out. It was very narrow but noticeable. What you should do with these towels is see if you can exchange or return them. I decided to keep mine so what I recommend doing with loose threads if you find them is cut them in half, tie the two half pieces in a surgeons knot and do it again, then snip any excess, but not the knot. Another bath towel arrived with one of these sections already apparent on the towel, without any abuse by me. I also had several hand towels and a washcloth that had loose long threads and I texted photos of all these imperfections to the number that they give you inside each package. The company politely asks for feedback on their towels after using them. They are nice towels overall. Theyre not as fluffy and dense as I was expecting, but theyre good enough that I chose to keep them. The Walmart towels are thicker and less flexible, take a long time to dry, are very heavy when theyre wet. UPDATE JANUARY 2026: I can't recommend these towels. In fact, the Walmart towels lasted way longer than Hawmam. The Hawmam towels have been laundered weekly since I bought them in 2024 and we just reviewed the texture because it is awful! ! ! It is scratchy and hard. That is with weekly laundering. I use Kirkland brand liquid detergent and Kirkland brand powdered detergent in a commercial washer and dryer. I am careful to make sure ALL the soap is removed by running an additional rinse after the full wash cycle finishes. They are dried on medium heat because they recommend low heat or air dry which is not realistic for most people. But the fibers are crunchy, scratchy, rough compared to truly high quality towels that I purchased. I also bought another brand of towels, made in India, at the same time that I bought the Hawmam. The towels from India are still soft! So this is a quality issue specific to Hawmam. If Hawmam feels there has been a mistake, they can kindly contact me because I have to admit that after I saw the reviews I didn't think there was anything to worry about. The first 6 months to maybe 1 year I think the towel was good, but after that it did just get worse and worse more scratchy and rough. But even when I first opened them, I thought they might be fakes because the other reviewers posted amazing stuff. It wasn't true for me. And I cannot recommend these towels if you want a long lasting soft but effective and durable towel.

These towels are awesome! Lately, the towels I have purchased are just too thick and plush, they don't dry well and stay wet for a long time. When I saw the Hawmam Turkish towels, I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did! I ordered the Ice Silver color and it goes really well in my gray bathroom. The towels are wonderful. They are exactly what I have been lookin for and I plan on purchased more for my other bathrooms!

The colour is exactly what I wanted. Too many times the red is not the shade as shown but these were perfect. They have a thick, rich texture too. I will be buying more once my guest bathroom is renovated.

Sure they are thin but they are absorbent and soft. I didn't want a very thick towel because my space is smaller. Please note that in real life they are brighter and a little more coral. I recommend.
