Definitely make my bowels work. Can’t tell if they make me more flatulent as I’m now on a high protein/fibre diet due to weight lifting

Great quality and gentle on your gut
I seem to have a bit of a sensitive tummy when it comes to some supplements, including pre- and pro-biotics. I have tried a few different combinations and brands and THIS brand and THIS probio = lactobacillus gasseri is, for me, The One. Does its repopulation job beautifully after a detox, or someting dodgy sends me to live in the bathroom for a day or so, and NO upset tummy. Some of the others make me nauseous - but not this one. it is GENTLE and perfect for my needs. Now it is always my go-to and I keep a stash for whenever I might need to take it for a few months, to rebalance my internal population.

I tried these as a change to my usual Lindens probiotic. They’re ok, they just don’t seem to work as well for me as the type I usually get.

Brilliant
Only took for a week and lost 9 lb, nothing has worked before but these tablets. Belly not blotted and feel more energised, find it hard with having a b-12 deficiency, these are great will defo be buying again

Reset my body perfectly!
I have used for more than a month now and i had a very good result. I believe it has reset my gut right, feel much better in total.

Beware of side effects!
I took one capsule daily for 2 weeks but had to stop because of the stomach pain, bloating and nausea they caused. I would not recommend anyone take this product without speaking to your GP first. In the process of returning the unused tablets to Amazon for a refund.
