It's okay. Looks nice, easy to put together. Biggest drawback is that you have to switch the fountain manually from solar to battery backup. Really makes no sense. So on a partly cloudy day when sun is behind a cloud you have to go over and switch it to battery and when sun comes out again switch it back. Not well thought out. But looks nice and easy otherwise.Follow up, revised review. Seller was very interested in my feedback and went out of way to satisfy me. This is a good company to work with and would not hesitate to order from them again. Thus revised rating.

I thought about posting a couple pictures, but the shots already available pretty much tell the tale better than my phone/camera can.It's a nice little fountain. It's not a museum piece and there are better ones out there, sure, but for the price and ease of installation and usage, I say go for it. The solar-powered pump runs nicely all day -- as long as the collector is getting full-blast sunshine -- and the battery pack works just fine. The little LED lights at the fountainhead are cute; you'll be running on batteries if you want to see them, and it's a nice effect.Here's the thing: as with a lot of solar-powered gizmos, the panel must be in absolute direct sunshine or the fountain won't work. I live in Palm Springs, which is more or less like living on the surface of the sun for much of the year, so the sunshine thing is no issue for me. But if you live under cloudy skies or in the shade of nearby condos or skyscrapers, you might want to pass on the solar route. But apart from this one thing, the fountain works fine, as advertised.The fountain was delivered on time and was securely packaged. The instructions are written and/or translated by someone whose first language definitely isn't English, but that's ok; there really isn't anything difficult about set-up and installing. There was something in the instructions about "suction cups" which made no sense; no such suction cups were included or needed. Whatever...I like this fountain. It's bubbling away on my patio right now. I'm glad I bought it.Four stars, only because I know there are plenty of five-star fountains out there. Four stars is good enough sometimes.

I should have read other reviews more carefully as I probably would not have bought this fountain. It is very pretty when it's actually working if you can ignore the wires coming out of the top and dangling down. Unfortunately, the solar panel must always be facing DIRECTLY into the sunlight in order to work...even if the sun is shining and the panel is in sunlight. Not to mention that the slightest shadow shuts it down. The battery backup only works if you manually turn on that setting. I have yet to see the light on the fountain since I haven't gone out at night to switch the buttons. And even then the manual says it will only work for four hours. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase as the fountain could make a beautiful display if it worked as I had thought it would.

This solar powered fountain is the perfect finishing touch to a new butterfly garden! I wanted a simple water feature that has some gentle sound but not one that would encourage the grandkids to play in/with 🥴. My only complaint is that the wires to the solar panel drape from the top of the fountain out to wherever the panel is placed in the garden. I don’t like seeing them and suggested a redesign so the wires come out from the bottom of the fountain.

Easy to assemble, but instructions are a bit confusing. I can not make the light work.

I love that it is lightweight. It is easy to assemble. It runs when the sun is out and runs by battery when it is cloudy.

Probably just an assumption but I thought it was supposed to switch between battery and solar operated. Nope have to hit the button when you want it on but only lasts an hour even after a fulls day solar charged. My fault should have read more reviews. Don’t buy.

I am in the process of setting up the sight for placement, but I tried it out. I found it works like I had wanted. As the weather improves I shall have placed in our side garden.
