What exactly is an "excellent spanker?" how does a spanker become elite?

It takes years of practice and patience to move into an elite status. I settled for excellent and im not sure how i feel about it yet...

Will it fit a byrna hd max?

Hello, thank you for your attention to our shop. You can refer to the size: 4.7" * 1.8" * 7.7" (L* W *H). Have a nice day !

Will this fit a g17 with a tlr 8?

I cannot specifically answer that question, but I do think I can help. While I have not found which pistol fits it like a glove; it can hold (very well) a glock-19, a glock-17, an 1911, a 6-inch .357 and an 8-inch .44Magnum. I think it will hold pretty much anything reasonably well, if you want a custom fit, buy something specific.
