I ordered this off the shelf in hopes that it would work on my electric/hydraulic truck mounted service crane,off the self it did not, but after contacting Newtry I was told they could customize it, And they did,but it still wasn't quite right so after another conversation to clarify what exactly was needed they built a new mother board that I installed and now it works perfectly, every function is as should be. This crane remote is a top notch wireless unit sure beats the annoying hard cable that i put up with for years - in winter could hardly wind up cable cuz it was so stiff This is the answer Only ony one thing bad is They should make button inserts for identification of each function. But still not a president i used a label printer and labeled each one

I made my jeep 90% remote.(lights,winches,air compressor). I couldn't figure out somethings on programming the key's but there customer service worked with me a 110%. I can't speak for how long it will last but it works great for now.

Set up wasn't to hard, little trial and error to get your wires right but after that it works great. Has a plastic sleeve to go over the remote and if you take the remote apart is seems weather tight......All except for the little plastic key at the bottom of the remote that turns it on. That is not water tight and any bit of water on it and the whole remote is shot. I'd really like to be able to buy another remote and not have to buy the whole set-up again. If the remote was water proof I'd give it 5 stars.

Is wired wrong Had to use it any way In Alaska no way to send it back # 9 wire works with number one button not the east

I have two of these on different crane trucks and have installed it on 3 other trucks for my competitors in my field of work. And each one has performed great. No delay at all and have installed every receiver in a nema 3r metal box with over 40ft of reception. The wire hook up can be a little confusing for people in the US with there codes but when you figure it it’s comes easier. If only I could find one with a momentary switch on the back to increase the throttle it would be great.

I purchased one for an "Ideal Crane" truck mounted type hoist. The pendant control cable was pretty banged up and wires were exposed. This wireless unit was the perfect choice for this application. The unit interfaced easily with the hoist and hydraulic control solenoids. The manual is not clear but I was able to figure out. Be mindful, counted 8 logic pulse initiated outputs, 2 steady state outputs (on, off), and 1 pulse output in series with steadystate "on" output. Works great, professional wireless feature. Like magic...

Not sure if its a factory goof or if they just sell the product this way. but on the remote number @3 & #4 buttons are blanks . I have looked at the info on this on this page and i cant seem to find anything about this . If you do not need all of the buttons then your good . But not for my application it is needed . Looks like a good product but i wish i knew that 3 & 4 do not work .
