Excellent camera especially for the price, easy to setup, smooth motion and smooth zoom. Made of metal parts so it is very sturdy

Good camera if you dont need motion detection. But isn't that what home security is about. PS. NO SUPPORT AT ALL. SENT BACK.

1 Item did not zoom2 it is not auto-focus but manual focus3 the lens is not set right and at the farthest focus it is 2 feet in front of the lens with the closest closer than the dome as it gets perfect focus on the dust on the inside of the dome4 Item description says they have technical support but no website, no phone or chat option from amazon page, even amazon customer service has no way to contact them.5 Poor web interface requiring unknown install of software6 Android app created popup advertisement and very suspicious. Now need to wipe my phone to be sure it did not install adware/malwareAmazon should be doing a better job of vetting their sellers and protecting their customers.

The best part is it is Enclosed dome ptz---Need more of this type

Camera is great for price.it also has top notch feachers.

Work pretty well

Bought in July 2019 . Installed by brinks security.in October 2019camera worked for a few minutes and then Nothing..Seller does not want to replace camera.. (Wanted to return )..Have it in a BOX.. DUD! Where to install memory card?

The camera has good picture and performs well. However, the location of the micro sd slot is most difficult to get to. You must remove the outer ring which has a seal. There is no way around it. Seal is broken when ring is removed. Then the next to impossible task to install the micro sd card, which was ultimately installed. I wrote the seller and asked for instructions on an easy method to install micro sd card. Never got a response. I have 2 cams brand new, but no warranty because seal is broken. Actually, that is kind of clever of the seller. I do not recommend this product.
