The mints are strong and taste good. I buy as many as I can because I rarely see these in stores. I quit drinking coffee and started tea, now I quit tea and only have these in the morning or whenever I need energy.

I did enjoy the steady motivation this provided throughout the entire day. I took it at around 0430 am. The effects lasted a very long time. Kept my brain on processing mode while trying to fall asleep. I felt like I didnt sleep but had nightmares all night if that makes sense? I bought a pill form from another brand that states decaf and I will be trying that on a Fri morning when I dont have to worry about getting a good night sleep. I may end up giving this item away as it is not a returnable item.

Bought these because I don’t always want to chew gum to get the caffeine. This allows you to get a quick dose of caffeine. They definitely work, especially when you need a lower dose late in the afternoon. I really didn’t like the flavor of these though. It’s not mint and doesn’t taste like a standard mint. It’s really not a preferred taste that I have three tins left sitting in a drawer and don’t plan to use them unless I have an emergency. I will switch back to the gum since that actually taste good and still works. For the price and taste I wouldn’t recommend there are better solutions out there now.

I love these mints. I dont use them on a daily basis, just on days when I am having an afternoon slump or working on a tough project. I find they give me a clear head and a bit of energy with no jitters. I can even take one mid afternoon and it does not affect my sleep.
