I have used this product for years. The new design of the jar is a disaster. It makes accessing this very expensive product difficult. Fortunately, I saved my old empty jar and will transfer as much as I can to the old jar. If the jar has not been fixed by the time I need to buy it again, I will look for another brand. I am furious that no one realized what a disaster the new design would be. I hope I don't have to abandon this brand as the cream is wonderful.

Love this stuff. Will never buy another moisturizer. Also found out that a hospital recommended this product to my aunt who had cancer to help with the scars. That’s quite a recommendation.
