These work great for me, I had to start off by taking 1/4 for about a week then 1/2 and then finally a whole one because I felt so much energy boost from this supplement. Now that I'm used to the dose I don't feel any difference, have been taking for a year now.

I have thyroid issues. I am not a big consumer of salt, therefore I don't get much Iodine in my system. I started taking this product about 6 months ago, and since then I feel more 'in balance". The thing that really made an impression on me, though, was totally unexpected. As it happens, I also have Rosacea...reddening of the skin on my face. Almost as soon as I started taking these supplements, I noticed a marked improvement in my complexion. The redness was greatly diminished and has continued to be so! I am not a health care professional, so I cannot outwardly recommend this product for the purpose of helping with the symptoms of Rosacea, BUT I can certainly attest to my own experience in that regard. In fact, I ran out before my second bottle arrived (I waited too long to order more). The redness in my face once again increased. As soon as the new bottle arrived and I began taking the pills again, my skin returned to a much-less-red state. I will continue to take this product indefinitely.

I’ve only been taking this little pill for a short period of time so I have no idea how good or bad it is. Iodine is certainly necessary for a body to function right and this is a good dose , easy to swallow and has selenium. What’s not to like about it?

Been taking this product for 6 weeks and it is a game changer for me. Energy way up, body temp up, workouts stronger.To back up my decision to take this I read two books. Iodine Crisis (Farrow) and "Iodine - Why you need it and why you can't live without it" (Brownstein). These books both make a case that most people are very deficient in iodine - especially vegans unless they are eating lots of kelp. I have just been taking 1 a day (12.5mg) but have read many reports in those books that say up to 50mg is good to reverse diseases of the breast, and reproductive organs.
