It is great to use in baking, and cooking. Add great flavor to Butternut Squash Soup. Has great flavor I put it in my Lemon Echinacea Juice with Maraschino cherries over ice or I put it in my hot Lemon Echinacea tea for sore throat

A little expensive but well worth it. Used it for ginger cookies and it made all the difference in the world. Plus it makes a beautiful cookie when it is on top of glaze.
