Do the tips only fit in the Wilson bags or will they fit any standard bag?

I think the bags are pretty much the same. But tips fit with couplers, not so much bags; so if you do not have couplers you should get a standard size for the tips in this set.

Does this container hold large tips such as the #1M tip?

This container holds standard tips. The 1M is considered a large tip

Hello! Item 2104-1369 is manufactured in China.

What bags can I use with these tips?

If you have a coupler, I think you should be able to use any bag. Take a look at couplers, they don't cost much. I use disposable bags, you snip off the end of it to fit the piping tip. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CB3CCDM/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
