Does this phone have a camera? on the picture i see a camera on the front

No camera. It's a durable phone. You can drop it. You can even drop it in the bathtub for half an hour. But its functionality is limited. Not good for anything but phone calls, really.

Can the phone be unlocked?

only with verizon to my knowledge. my e4610 are all with verizon

The one I bought was. Just make sure it’s not a 3G cause they cannot be activated.
