Customer Service contacted me and made the correction to the post to include shipping the 4" extender to my mother at no charge. The product is very nice and with the excellent customer support I would highly recommend this product and any other product from this seller.(I bought this for my mother for her birthday. Product information stated that it comes with a adjustable snake chain that adjusts from 16 inches to 20 inches. The pendant came with a 16 inch chain that does not adjust (no adjustments, only basic clasps on each end of the chain) and it does not fit my mother so she cannot even wear the item.)

The angel charm & necklace is extremely well made. I expected a lower quality item for the price. I was quite surprised at the excellent craftsmanship of the pendent, necklace, & clasp. The pendent is a great size, even for an adult. It's a perfect gift for my 10 years old daughter with her birthstone. Since it's crafted so well I do not have to worrying about it breaking on her. Relios provides a lifetime warranty. The reason I bought this particular necklace & charm is because it's MADE IN THE USA!

I bought it for a gift and when my friend try to wear it, it couldn’t connect the tips because the chain is way too short. I thought it was found to be normal adult size but this is for kids. Not so happy but the charm looks alright.

I searched on line for something special for the women in my family. I had ordered a few from the mfg themselves but panicked at last minute because I needed one more. I could not add to my previous order so I searched on Amazon and was thrilled it was there. I was not sure what the quality was like but I read the views and others seemed pleased. I bought this necklace for my wife on her July birthday. She is an RN and touches people with her care and compassion. I see her as my angel and a guardian angle to others. She loves it. Chain is on the shorter side and fits higher on her neck, but looks great and she enjoys wearing.

I love this necklace, but the chain is so small for like a child. :(

This was bought as a gift the beginning of May..July12th it has gone black including the stone and the chain..£61 wasted..Update to this review..I contacted the seller and they are sending a replacement.....so...am really happy about it..so when I receive it ..I will update again..I have just received the replacement..much happier now..Thank you so much..
