Negative reviews are misleading, bought as a backup just in case, then compared to original and it was just as good with mic quality it not better, it's fit was perfect for my cloud II no complains whatsoever

It works but the head of the mic comes off pretty easy so handle with care.

Good to have replacement, but quality isnt great as original.

Does the job, Sound quality is quite worse than original product (price point is higher too compared to kingston website)

Friends complained I had static on my cloud headset , thought would give this a go before replacing and glad I did!

Seen the attachment and thkught it was correct because the picture is not the thing that comes , not happy at all , never buying again
