I had no irritation. but if wearing it all day expect some on the bridge of your nose. Wear only during sleep.

I have a skinny nose so sleep with one of these strips every night. It helps me breathe better while sleeping. I also use while at the dentist so i can breathe through my nose while they are working in my mouth. Note that the box I received had 72 strips, not 78. I like the clear strips because I have dry and tender skin. If you have oily skin, you may be better off with the tan strips (and wash your nose before applying). Sleep well, everyone!

Been using these for about 4 years. This last unit lacked the proper adhesive to stay on. Hopefully this is a one time thing.
