Endless Summer Cookbook

This cookbook is laid out nicely with lots of good photos. I love the dessert section...s'mores brownie, yum! There are some interesting cooking methods and unique recipes such as the turkey cooked in a contraption I never heard of. But I made it without and it really was delicious. All in all, great cookbook for the warm summer months.

I have never ordered one of Katie's cookbooks but I love her on the Kitchen, so I knew I wanted to check it out. I love the stories that she interlaces in with each recipe. It makes me feel like we are family or friends. The recipes are amazing and super simple to make.

Katie Lee is a fantastic lady and has been a wonderful cookbook author. Her latest, "Endless Summer", has become my go-to cookbook for all seasons. Her recipes feature usually easy to get ingredients and the results are always well worth the effort. From the always tasty fish tacos to the black bean and peach combination, Katie has written a unique and delightful cookbook. I highly recommend it. Kyle Garrison

Wonderful cookbook! The pictures are gorgeous and the recipes are very easy to prepare. I have tried 3 so far and my family loves them. There is something for every taste. This is one of my favorite cookbooks. Beautifully done.

This is a fun read with some personal tidbits of Katie Lee's. Most of the recipes sound yummy & easy, but others have ingredients that aren't available to me where I live.

great recipes .... And photography is super for those to whom this is important ... They do really give u an idea of what you'll end up with once follow recipes ... I bought for the pies and other such goodies. great to have on hand.

I like Katie Lee and enjoy watching her on Food Network. This book is okay, with a few gem recipes. However, the book isn't bound in a way that allows it to lie flat (to read as a reference) while cooking. More than a few ingredients are too shore-centered and pricy to be approachable if you live a land-locked existence on a budget.

I didn't know who Katie Lee was until I started watching The Kitchen. I bought her book because I like her bubbly personality, and I wanted to check out her summer menus. I was so impressed with the overall simplicity of the recipes!! The first day I read it I made her Pimiento Cheese Spread and frankly, I may never make another pimiento cheese recipe ever again. It was amazingly delicious!! I have already earmarked several other recipes to try in the next few weeks. Simple recipes with easily accessible ingredients. I am even more of a fan now!
