Is this product really as good as advertised?

Yes. Both my 4 1/2 and six-year-old granddaughter’s really enjoy it.

Hello, dear seller, is this building block suitable for my one-year-old grandson to play?

Some of the pieces are as small as a dime and present a choking hazard for a one year old. I personally wouldn't let a one year old play with this. It says on the container for ages 3+.
