I bought this VIIVria transformer after my Ring Video Doorbell kept showing low power errors and randomly disconnecting. Swapping out my old transformer with this one completely fixed the problem.I’m not an electrician by any means, but installation was pretty straightforward. Once it was wired in, my Ring booted up right away and has been working perfectly ever since—no more warnings, no lag, no issues.It provides plenty of power (24V, 40VA), and it's been totally stable. No buzzing, no overheating—just solid, reliable performance. The build quality seems good too. It feels like something that’s going to last.If your smart doorbell isn’t getting enough juice, this is honestly an easy and affordable fix. I’m really glad I went with this one.

I had a type of static noise on my ring doorbell camera.I had a 16 v transformer powering the door bell.I have replaced the 16 v. transformer for a 24 v. transformer and now I get a clear sound through the ring door bell camera.

Description of this item correct. Easy to wire. Arrived on schedule. It's working fine.

I installed this so I didn't have to charge my nest battery door bell. It was easy to install. time will tell how long it will last.

Died after just a few hours. I verified the correct input voltage, installed the transformer, verified the correct output voltage, Ring camera switched from "battery" to "hardwired" and then approximately 2-4 hours later the Ring camera went back to "battery". I verified supply voltage / current was good, the transformer simply died in a few hours of service. Probably poor QA/QC (from China).
