Why isn’t this item available for delivery in my area it shows in red to choose different delivery address?

Because some where it said this supplies 2.5 GPM and California law only allows 1.8 GPM water flow so this is restricted to ship to California

This one says 2019 Upgrade but the description and pictures look exactly the same as the regular post. what are the upgrades?

The welding technology is upgraded to ensure that the shower head does not burst at high water pressures and welding is better.

My shower head is leaking. How can i get a replacement?

Thanks for your question. Most of leaking is caused by incorrect installation. Please send an email to our customer support with a video of showing leaking issue. We will provide useful suggestion. Thanks.
