Will this work to make macarons?

I wouldnt see why not. I use it alot in baking. What Indo notice is its good for softer items like cakes, pies. For crunchy things it seems to make bakery items softer. The taste is wonderful. Sometimes I will cut it with half sugar, half bochasweet.

Has anyone compared this to lakanto monk fruit? I hear it tastes even more life regular sugar.

Hi. I use both Lakanto monk fruit as well as Bocha sweet. The difference I taste is the Bocha sweet is much, much sweeter than the monk fruit so a little goes a long way. I tend to use less. It also depends on what you are trying to sweeten.
