Pretty colour but it doesn't plump at all!

This gloss has great shine and is not sticky - the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is no plumping effect happening for me. That was the only reason I purchased it. Because of the price, I'll keep it as it serves as a solid lip gloss. There is zero tingling and no smell to it.
