My family and I took a trip to Disney World in Orlando and each one of us was allotted one souvenir. Stuffed animals, silly hats and another mug was not interesting to me so I looked for a watch. As a small child I had a greatly admired Mickey Mouse watch but this time I wanted one with hands that were really hands. Disney World had some nice watches but not as nice as this one and theirs cost a lot more (which is expected). I'm a fan of larger watches and at 43mm this one is a good size but not giant, light but not featherweight. The detail and quality is surprisingly nice for such an inexpensive watch. The band is real leather (claims to be pig leather), having a satin finish and the buckle is solid. The post is large, easy to operate and has a quality feel. Mickey is raised above the face as are the numbers. The case is a shiny silver and the inside face has a two-toned vintage yellow sunburst design. The crystal is raised a bit and is made of real glass. Inside the rim is mirrored so the watch looks deeper then it really is. Although the watch is made in China it claims to have Japanese Quartz movement which is much better then Chinese but not as good as Swiss. My only concern would be for those who are of a heftier girth may find the watch Band too small and since the crystal curves out a bit from the casing it may be easy to scratch. Highly recommended

This watch has several nice details that I typically do not see on such an inexpensive timepiece. The case has weight to it and the finish is excellent. The crown has an engraved MM logo, which is a nice touch. Watch face is engraved for a lack of a better term with a light, golden starburst which is very attractive in person. MM is raised along with the numerals. Watch functions well and appears to keep accurate time. I would recommend this watch to a Disney/MM fan or anyone that is looking for a light-hearted timepiece to spice up their collection. This watch is well made and very affordable. If you're on the fence, I recommend you watch videos on Youtube.com as the photos here, and stock photos do not do this timepiece justice. The band is a bit short for me personally. My wrists are about 7.5" and the strap is on the last hole. The lugs are 22 mm for reference. The band is clearly an homage to a higher quality crocodile band however it is extremely stiff has a matte finish to it. Outside of MM Rolex watches, this is the nicest MM watch I've seen in person. On the watch I received, there were several light scratches or possibly pieces of dirty on the face. I contacted Amazon and a replacement was immediately shipped to me. Amazon has served me well for nearly ten years and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I will inspect the replacement and report back if warranted.

Great watch, Mickey is large and in charge! Glass is thick and doesn’t scratch easily. Band feels a little cheap but it works well. Awesome watch!

In the 12 days that I have had this watch it hasn't lost or gained a second, which is impressive. It is a sharp looking watch. Case seems to be of decent quality, though I would be suprised if it was solid stainless. Love the watch face. Dial has a decent sunburst finish. Mickey and numbers are slightly raised but I cannot tell if they are applied - my guess is that the face is lazer cut or CNCed then painted. They look metalic so I could be wrong. Leather band is suprisingly well made. Have seen worse bands sell for $30. Be advised this is a larger watch that will not work for children and may be too big for adults with smaller wrists. Likewise the band might be too small for those with larger wrists. It looks like an expensive watch. Very impressive for the price. Other itterations came with a signed crown. This would have been a nice addition. Seems like a decent watch. I usually spend at least $100 for watches in my collection and this one will still see wrist time.

I bought this watch as a gift for an adult male Disney fan. I was looking for something that was fun without being too childish and this vintage Mickey Mouse watch was perfect. The watch is very nicely made and feels high quality in the hand. It has a genuine leather band, a crystal face, and a stainless steel back. It's also water resistant to 3ATM (about 30 meters), but I doubt you'll want to take it underwater since it has a leather band. So far it's kept perfect time. The face of the watch is beautiful, with lots of detail and great finish. The numerals are large and easy to read and there is a second hand. One nice detail is a silhouette of Mickey's head on the watch's crown. The watch is not heavy or cumbersome when worn. The face is about 2.75 inches in diameter and a little less than 1/2 inch tall. It's the perfect size for an adult male but will probably be too large for women and young children. All in all...a fun, but classy Mickey Mouse watch. 03/13/2013 Update: Less than a month after owning the watch the crystal for the face popped out. It wasn't cracked or damaged in any way. It just popped out, and would not secure back in. We exchanged it for another from Amazon. Hopefully this one will be better built.

My wife has always wanted a nicely made Mickey Mouse watch that had a quality feel and look to it. Since this is an official supplier for Disney I knew that they wouldn't risk their international reputation for quality by putting out a cheap watch. So when it popped up as an Amazon Lightning Deal, I checked out the pictures and reviews and decided that this might be the one. It came securely packed in a presentation box inside of an outer cardboard sleeve with a warranty manual included. Upon opening the box I was immediately impressed with what a beautiful watch this was for such a small amount of money. It is very colorful with outstanding graphics, a shiny chrome background, and easy to read numerals. Although it has a large (44mm) dial, it is lightweight and comfortable to wear. Yes, it is made in China. But Disney obviously is concerned with its image and reputation and has selected a supplier who no doubt built the watch totally to Disney's specifications. Contrary to common belief, there are some skillful and conscientious vendors in China. Any supplier with a Disney contract is unlikely to disappoint them with an inferior product. The watch comes with a one year limited warranty and the battery life is expected to be around 18 months. Any reliable watch battery supplier should be able to replace the battery for a few dollars when needed. And what did my wife say when she opened the box? "Oh Mickey! You're So Fine You Blow My Mind."

Hey Mickey Mouse fans this is a big, shiny, fun-to-wear watch. Okay, Mickey looks really good at 10 minutes after 10 and like a kinda anatomically weird contortionist at other times, but he's happy to point out the time with proven quartz accuracy. He is at least one inch tall, so you can see each of his three fingers and a thumb; his snazzy two button red shorts, his big brown brogans, and even the gleam in his eye. The watch face is a generous 1 1/2" and the numbers are 5/32" tall. You can really see this watch. It fits on your big adult wrist like your first Mickey Mouse watch did when you were a skinny little 6 year old kid. The black leather strap gives you 8" of wrist room. It's a grand Mickey Mouse watch. But I did have a problem---:(the first watch I received didn't run very long. I would set it, and a little bit later, when I would check the time, the watch would be stopped. I figured it needed a new battery, so I took it to Wally World and asked the lady at the jewelry counter to put in a new battery. Guess what? It wasn't the battery. It was the second hand. After a few passes over Mickey's big hands it would get snagged and just stop. So I returned it, and found out that Amazon has a quick, efficient return system. I actually got my replacement watch before they received the defective one i had mailed back. Amazon is amazing.

Gold face on my watch is not matte like shown on image, but shiny and reflective. Minute markings are not distinct like shown on image, but very indistinct and placed on the extreme outer edge of the face dial. Watch is large in diameter, which is what I wanted, the newer style these days. Fairly easy to read, too, considering Mickey's hands are the hands on the watch. Black band is VERY stiff, not slightly stiff. Will not buckle on the tightest setting on my wrist because it's too stiff to bend to that severe angle. I'm hoping it will wear in over time. Sweep second hand makes the watch more professional looking, but still whimsical, which is what I wanted. Playful but not childlike. For me, it makes a great statement, a fun play watch, which I get a bit of a hoot out of wearing. Just got it, so don't know if the build quality is good, but it seems very good at first glance. I hope it lasts a long time. Update: Gave up on the band. Bought another one, a bit softer. The new band cost more than the watch. Now, it's set up properly.

This MM watch surprised me for the quality finish given that this is a sub $50 watch. It is well made and my wife thought I paid more than $200 for it. Thank you, Amazon.
