High quality, gluten, wheat, and dairy, free, affordable, and easy to swallow
I absolutely love this company. What I like the most about them is that their vitamins and supplements are all made in the United States, so far as I have experienced, at least. I have been told that the best vitamins should always include Vitamin A, B, C , D, and E. Anything beyond that is a bonus. But I think the bonus in these vitamins, along with all of other Solgar vitamins and supplements, is that they are always gluten-free and dairy-free. Again, this is my experience. I really don't like to buy vitamins and supplements from any other company if I can avoid it. And they are very affordable, which I appreciate! These vitamins are easy to swallow, and smell and taste like B vitamins, which is pretty standard among all multivitamins. I noticed there was some sort of extra coating that made the vitamin feel smooth on my tongue. This is a plus. Often I feel some sort of grit on the outside of a multivitamin. I'll be buying these again. Plus, you only have to take one vitamin per dose, and there are 90 vitamins in the bottle. It's awesome to be able to get a three month supply at this price point.

Dare you to try Solgar, you will reorder.
Best vitamins ever. Most vitamins gave me a horrible appetite. Have no idea why. These are for me a necessity. Finally getting the ingredients I need with no feeling of hunger.

Some vitamin levels are higher than Chat GPT considers safe
The definition of "high amounts" of vitamins can vary depending on the specific vitamin, individual factors such as age, sex, and health status, as well as whether the source of the vitamins is from food or supplements. Here are general guidelines for what is considered high amounts for the vitamins mentioned earlier: Vitamin A: The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin A is around 900 micrograms (mcg) per day for adult men and 700 mcg per day for adult women. Intakes exceeding 3,000 mcg per day for adults can increase the risk of toxicity. However, chronic intake of much lower levels, around 1,500–2,000 mcg per day, can also lead to toxicity over time. Vitamin D: The RDA for vitamin D is approximately 600 International Units (IU) per day for adults under 70 years old and 800 IU per day for adults over 70. Excessive intake of vitamin D is generally considered to be over 4,000 IU per day, although toxicity symptoms can occur at lower levels, particularly with long-term consumption of doses exceeding 10,000 IU per day. Vitamin E: The RDA for vitamin E is around 15 milligrams (mg) per day for adults. Doses exceeding 1,000 mg per day can increase the risk of bleeding and other adverse effects, including potential liver toxicity. Niacin (Vitamin B3): The RDA for niacin is approximately 16 mg for adult men and 14 mg for adult women. Intakes exceeding 35 mg per day are generally considered high and can lead to niacin toxicity, including liver problems. Iron: The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for iron varies by age, sex, and other factors. For adult men and postmenopausal women, the RDA is around 8 mg per day. For premenopausal women, it's around 18 mg per day. Intakes exceeding the tolerable upper intake level (UL) of iron, which is 45 mg per day for adults, can lead to iron overload and potential liver damage. It's essential to note that these are general guidelines, and individual tolerances may vary. Some people may be more susceptible to vitamin toxicity due to factors such as underlying health conditions, medications, or genetic predispositions. Always consult with a healthcare professional before significantly increasing your intake of any vitamin, especially through supplementation. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your specific health needs and circumstances.

Best Vitamins on the Market
I’ve been buying Solgar multivitamins for years. I prefer the wholefood ones but these are good too. They’re super easy are well rounded, have some good extras, and easy in my stomach. They smell a little strong but that’s okay. They are high In B vitamins which is great for energy. They taste the way they smell but if you swallow it quickly, you don’t taste much. They’re definitely worth what I paid for them.
