Just One - Once Daily Bariatric Multivitamin with Iron (30)

These vitamins were recommended by my doctors office after having some blood tests show some vitamin deficiencies. They offer everything I need in one pill! My other ones were two a day and fell short on some levels, so just taking one is nice. They don't upset my stomach at all & they actually smell good to be a vitamin. Effectiveness:It supplies all vitamin levels I need without having to take a bunch of extra vitamins too.Ease of swallow:It's a bigger type pill but I can swallow it with no issues. Stomach upset:No upset stomach at allVitamin content:It provides almost all vitamins I need & at the right dosages. With others I had to take a bunch more extra vitamins with them. Taste:It has a sweet smell & taste. Not that yucky vitamin flavor. Why did you pick this product vs others?:My doctors office recommended this due to it having everything at the levels I needed.

It is a good value for the money , smells like vanilla as advertised. One decent sized pill and it’s so easy to take just the one pill!

Kinda big, a little hard to swallow, but one vitamin is great and I hate chewable. This was perfect

So far this is doing great. Has picked up my energy some and hopefully supplying me with my vitamins I am missing. I say come back and asking 3 months

I have had a journey with multivitamins after my surgery truly. I could not do the ones I was on previous to surgery they had a terrible taste and chewables are even more disgusting. These were a game charger truly if you have had a hard time try these.As people have said before they do have a vanilla outside that I believe makes them tolerable to shallow. They are big but I’ve found that I can just chug them down with enough water. Most of the other multivitamin I have taken have made my stomach get upset but these don’t do that! I think because the taste isn’t terrible they go down fast and I don’t feel them coming up all day which is great.Are these expensive? Yes but I think it is worth it for a 3 month supply and the fact I can bare to take them. The quality of this thus far has been consistent which I cannot say about other bariatric multivitamins where the quality charges drastically. It really is just one pill a day and you are done very easy to use and take.If you are looking for a bariatric multivitamin that will not be horrible and ruin your stomach this is for you. Give it a try and see what you think. My one complaint is they should bring back the 30 day supply for people who want to test it without needing to commit to 90 days.

Good Supplements, I found myself well, just a little too big the pads.

An easy to take vitamin, but has 4 times the recommended dose of Vit B6 (even allowing for mal-absorption following bariatric surgery).Just One was recommended to me by the dietitian. It is an easy to take product that didn't result in the usual nausea that I experienced - associated with B12. However, after 8 months of taking this product as the sole vitamin supplement, I became very unwell and was eventually diagnosed with vitamin B6 peripheral neuropathy. The source was traced to this product as i was not taking any other supplements.I recommend that you get your B6 levels checked before you start taking this brand, as alternatives with a lower daily dose of B6 may be more appropriate. The TGA of Australia provide this warning'WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6)'though there is no current requirement for manufacturers to display this warning on products that contain less than 50mg of B6.

These tablets are huge - not something you'd expect for bariatric patients who have difficulty swallowing larger food items. You'd think they would make them smaller, not bigger than regular size tablets.

These multivitamins are the biggest I have ever seen. Even when I cut them in the half they’re still difficult to swallow. They’re about the equivalent to swallowing 4-6 Panadol.
