Chef'n Bramble Berry Basket and Colander (1-Quart, Cherry)

I bought my first one of these years ago in the dollar store. It’s just amazing. I’ve had it probably about 10 years. I’m just guessing. It is held up to repeated dishwasher cycles. It’s just a wonderful item. I find the ones with the side locks too hard to open sometimes. It’s hard to find any without I wanted to buy two back then, but they only had one in the entire store. Recently, I found the same thing on Amazon. So I was glad to buy it. The only thing I wish is that it came in a bigger size also. Most of my berries do not fit in there when I get them from the store. I hope the manufacturer makes a bigger size that would fit strawberries, grapes, etc. I would buy two of those. Highly recommend this product very very durable

This is great and perfect for keeping berries clean and contained in the fridge. I have spilt so many clean berries while moving stuff in my fridge but now I have this and it’s saved so much fresh fruit. It’s makes it so easy to clean a store fresh berries and cherries (technically a stone fruit IMO).

Quite possibly the best kitchen tool I’ve purchased. Blackberries are still fresh after more than a week. Grape tomatoes, too. Says it’s dishwasher safe in the top rack, but really, they’re quite easy to hand wash. I might have to buy more before the farmers market starts up in May…

Berries and cut fruit last longer when they’re not sitting on a damp bottom. This works well and is easy to spot in the fridge. My only complaint is that the top slips off too easily.

Absolutely love this. Keeps grape tomatoes perfectly. I am going to buy more for strawberries and blueberries.

This red and clear Chef'n berry basket and red colander basket feels sturdy, is simply made, and works well. The red clear lid snaps directly onto the red colander/inner basket, which then sits on top of and inside the clear basket. This also means you can rinse your fruits or berries, then snap the clear lid onto the red colander basket to tilt to help the water drain off from your food. In case anyone has poorer eyesight, when you remove the red colander basket from the clear basket, push the red colander basket sides just above the textured words saying "Press Here" at the top of the clear basket.

I grow my own sprouts and storing them in the fridge usually lasts maybe 2 days before they will and go bad. So I decided what the heck, let's try a couple of these containers out. OMG what type of wizardry is this magic?! My sprouts have lasted over 5 days so far! How?! If you grow sprouts and want them to last then there is zero reason to not have these. Amazing, just amazing.

Love these containers. They keep little tomatoes and berries fresh .

This container is the perfect size for a qut of berries. The outer liner catches any water drips and the inner liner lets the berries breathe. I've had little or no mushy or mouldy berries, they keep in the fridge longer than a week.
