Not bad. Gets the job done.
The item fits perfectly and is functional. My two complaints are:1. It’s thin enough that when I shift from from forward to reverse (or vise versa) I feel it flex. I would have paid more for a thicker/sturdier one.2. It did not come with a screw. I would pay more if it came with one.

Fits fine but the plastic is thin and bends easily
I bought a golf cart that was missing the shifter lever so I ordered this. It fits fine but not as hearty as the original. Works fine.
