Good pocket knife
A lot smaller than i thought. The packaging even says XS. If there were larger ones available I'd definitely get larger but it's not the worst thing in the world. The name on the item is in a nice tight spot so this thing is easy to show off. It's packaged sharp so be careful. Easy to replace blades. It does what they say it does. My only real complaint is that it doesn't lock open. It has a spring assisted stay that somewhat keeps it open when you do open it but will fold closed if you push it closed. For performing minor surgeries on your own, this is disappointing. Not being able to move against the flow of the blade limits your movement if you are in need of a knife. For a surgical copycat this is a real let down. But it is a pretty cool pocket knife with replaceable blades.

Top notch quality
I love this little knife, in fact so much that this is the second one I bought as a gift for a friend. The machining is beautifully done, and it weighs like a feather. It's also discreet, can't really tell what it is.

Nice little knife.
Well, to put it as simply as possible, it's razor blade sharp because it's a scalpel blade. It is mounted in a nice tiny mount that fits nicely on your key chain. It definitely needs to be treated with care, maximum sharps type of care. Put it on a nice secure key chain, you don't want to loose this little gem. It takes a standard #11 scalpel blade, so they are ez to replace.

Scalpel
Bought it as a keychain knife. It’s too lightweight and flimsy. Uses small replaceable blades which are extremely sharp. Not really handy for daily use.

Very nice product, and useful.
This is a very nice tiny knife. Always sharp... just replace the blade. Replacement scalpel blades are inexpensive. Pros: Very small and light, very sharp, solid construction. The blade cannot come off accidentally. Cons: Small and light = easy to lose. This is my second. Also, I don't know if this is really a "con" but it is no longer the smallest on the market. On the other hand, the smaller ones are harder to hold and use.

DANGEROUS!!
The machining is nice. The knife doesn't lock. The blade is super tight on the NTK05 to the point of it being very dangerous to replace. I use scapples and know how the blades are retained and I still nearly needed a tool to change the bade. The tip wobbles buy of a measured .074" (Greater than a nickel thickness) All the knife really does is hold the scapple blade. The idea was decent, but it was poorly executed. It's not worth $30.00 and going back after half an hour investigation period.

Pricy but worth it. Buying more for gifts!
Great little keychain knife. Extremely thin and lightweight but feels good in hand for use. I ordered an extra 100 blades (because I know I'm going to go through them). Perfect addition to my edc and shed some weight too!

not worthy at all!!!
Not worthy of 30$ at all. Very low quality. Its too much wobbly, i always think that it will break in hands, and also its very difficult to change blades. bad machining! ALso when you close it it wont close properly. and blade gets damaged. And thas because it is wobbly! And it comes with one blade only.
