This is an excellent offer and I found it pleasantly surprising as it had all the items promised: computer, monitor, keyboard, licensed windows 10 [easy to activate] and [equally important nowadays] WIFI adapter.I have stopped using my mac altogether [which was an unnecessary and expensive purchase in hindsight for use at home given the price difference of almost 10x] and I am using this PC for music, youtube videos, watching old family pictures together and xfinity streaming. I would recommend this highly for kids in distance learning [with a separate web cam which doesn't come with it] and definitely a chromebook or this one are much better choices than exorbitantly overpriced apple macs [which look like daylight robbery compared to this]. It is a much more enjoyable experience using this [at home] over a laptop as well.I waited for a month to leave the review to make sure it holds up well. I don't normally leave a review but this one deserves a review so much that it would be unfair not to give one as I had my doubts and it very pleasantly surprised me. Thank you folks!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this, and I knew for sure the monitor would be a crapshoot. I looked around and found Sunset Micro to be seemingly pretty reputable and long term on both Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, so I ordered from them. I highly recommend them, they shipped this bundle maybe 20 minutes after I ordered. The box showed up packed extremely well, with the monitor completely encased in a 360 degree hard air casing. Idk what it's called but it's a good 5 steps past regular bubble wrap. They also included a fullsize troubleshooting and info booklet, warranty card, and number for a free 16 gig mem stick. The PC itself is great, it's actually a 3.2 ghz i5 processor so that was a nice surprise. Windows 10 is Pro, genuine, and includes the key on the rig itself. The monitor is a 19 inch Dell, and is adjustable so I didn't need a riser to get it to eye level. I can't remember the exact resolution but it's between 720 and 1080 and runs at 75 hz, so it's HD but not FHD. Intel integrated HD graphics inside so it works great for Netflix and Hulu but you'll want to toss in a GPU or if you want 4K and an HDMI port. The wifi adapter is very fast as well. You really can't beat this deal in my opinion.

Need to update:DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I just got the computer back from a repair shop. They had to reconfigure everything on it; just enough software was configured properly to allow the machine to start and do basic work. I tried to download Ubuntu. It would not work. I tried all the suggested repairs based on the error messages I received (two straight weeks of work). Finally took the machine in.REPAIR COSTS: $320.49DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE...!!!I had written a more positive review after owning the machine after a week. It is now two months since I purchased and began using the machine. The first comment I wish to make is this was a low cost purchase so please take that into account.I cannot recommend anyone purchasing this machine. I originally purchased this to replace an 8 year old laptop. The laptop had become slow despite frequent check disk ops and cleaning up. Being on a fixed income, I purchased a refurb machine thinking it would at least be faster.The refurb is now slower than the 8 year old laptop; freezes up frequently (often the machine just shuts down). I lost 2 years worth of data (personal medical data) from one freeze. I have checked the machine via windows systems and HP system checks but cannot locate issues. I have returned to using the old laptop. The machine is now out of return date otherwise I would return this machine. Please save your money and look elsewhere...

Great Price. Unfortunately it didn't power up. I called the service number listed on PC and got a great technician called Shuaham. He immediately set up a video technical conference call and had me swap the power cables between th PC and monitor. To my embarrassment it WAS simply a bad power cord. He immediately created paper work to send a new AC cord. Review of unit will have to wait till I finish setting it up, but price alone should make it a great addition. The BT keyboard looks funky but touch and feel is great.Being a refurbished unit makes for a mixed match up. Both mouse and keyboard are BT units, PC is HP small form and a Dell monitor. Even sent a USB WIFI DONGEL.So far satisfied except for %3 power cord.

I had doubts with such a low price. Instructions for set up were minimal but it is pretty basic. So happy it started up on first try. I added a webcam, that was also easy to do. It’s been working great for 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, monitor screen was broken-unknown if during shipping or just defective. These were refurbished items, but advertised as all working/checked out prior to selling/shipping. Felt it was packed well. So, disappointed having to ship entire package back verses having a choice to just exchange the monitor-this was not an option on return choices. Unable to assess computer itself without a monitor. If it had worked, would have been great price/value. So did give 3 stars.

Blair refurbishes computers and I got the 8GB ram which doubled my old computer and 500 GB which is more than I usually ever use but since I don't put a lot on my computer, it is extremely fast and works very well. Rather than buy a new computer, you might just check the Blair Techology refurbished computer website and save some money while seeing that these people know what they're doing with getting old computers back to a workable great product. It also comes with Windows Pro and other features that made it easy to set up.

Doesn’t work.Display graphics brokenCame through Canada post and it wasn’t even delivered to my home I had to pick it up myself.Waiting for fix

I'm 77 years old but it was so easy to install and it works like a charm!

I bought this for $290 CDN for front end web development as something I can upgrade overtime. It's the best investment I've made in myself and I couldn't be any happier with it. The processor alone I feel was worth the money but the screen I got was ideal for what I'm doing and in itself was priceless!
