Yes it does fit. A quick suggestion. If you have a code that is throwing and saying you have an ignition coil going bad and you replace it only to have the same code repeat itself day to a few months later then you might want to have your valve's gauged. I was shocked after 3 ignition coils to find my car only needed the valve clearances to be set again. Since doing it I have had no error codes any longer. So I reckon all the ignition coils were probably still good. Anyhow good luck Quochung!

Will this work on the 08 acura tsx? I figured all k24 should be the same but Denso doesn't cross reference it to Acura's part number.

Yes it shouldn't hurt but probably the same coil as Element

Will these work on 04-05 s2000?

RSX Type-S and the 04-05 S2000 coils are the same, and they also fit AP1 s2000's. They're cheaper because they are more mass produced than the oem AP1 coils. Denso is also an OEM supplier for honda.
