Caution--Reviews here may apply to any one of three different products
Beware! Any review may apply to any of the three items listed, and they are not the same. Since Amazon insists on combining items and reviews this way, we reviewers have to be careful to state exactly what we bought. I am reviewing the mount for a single monitor. It does not come with a stand, as the others seem to, so it cannot be free standing. It has to be attached to a desk or shelf. With some detective work, I figured this out before ordering. It's a good stand for the price. It is functional and solid, if you clamp it to something solid. It attached easily to my monitor that has VESA fittings.

GREAT BUY and DOES the TRICK
Needed to raise my 24" monitor to eye level and be able to move it closer and away with reasonable speed. Works very WELL!!! Sturdy, nice finish and fit my needs. The Tilt back and forward is a few degrees and the plastic thumb locks work nicely. Maker also now includes bolts with allen head fittings to more securely set the tilt from 88 to 92% with more torque as part of the package.I placed a little fastener locking compound on my bolts to hold in position and I am having no issues. 2 others in the office immediately bought this product to improve their view and eliminate issues with looking down at our monitors. Also, having the ability to easily change the viewing distance helps with eye fatigue and helps posture. GREAT PRODUCT for easy and simply raising the monitor and moving it nearer and farther to my chair.

Works Well for Light Monitors
I ended up buying one of these for my home desk because it was too shallow to accomodate both my keyboard and my 24 inch monitor which has an oversized base. The monitor also sits just a little bit too low for my liking on its own, and I wanted to be able to adjust the height since I often spend extended periods of time editing video or playing computer games. The desk mount is fairly heavy once removed from the packaging which gives it a sense of sturdiness. All of the main components are made of aluminum with brass joint fittings that include allen bolts which can be tightened with an included tool if the swinging action feels loose. The only real assembly required is the mounting of the monitor bracket which then fastens to the swing arm with thumb screws. The instructions were obviously translated from a foreign language, and they can be fun to follow if you don't just stick to looking at the pictures. Still, they get the job done.It is important to note that the clam that fastens the mount to your work surface does leave a large gap (about 1 inch) even when it is completely tightened, so it may not be ideal for thinner desks or tables. I personally had to place a couple of wooden shims between the bottom of the desk and the clamp to get it snug. The tightening arm is also somewhat small, but there is a hexagonal bolt head that can be tightened with a wrench if the handle hurts your palm. The only issue I have with this unit is with the height adjustment clamp which is made of a cheap looking plastic ring and a bolt with a plastic head. The clamp needs to be tightened firmly to prevent the post from slipping over time, and I just don't trust the plastic ring or the bolt not to strip under pressure. Still, occasional tightening seems to keep the arm raised.Overall, this is a very good mount for under $50, and I would say it has met all of my expectations so far. It works great for monitors that fall under the weight recommendation, and assembly took less than 15 minutes. Another reason I chose this particular mount is that my desk sits against a wall, and the arm doesn't extend past the edge of the work surface when retracted. Other models in this price range couldn't manage that.I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a low cost, space saver like this one. It only loses a star for the mounting clamp and height adjustment issues I noted earlier.

Best $30 I've spent in a good, long time.
I have spent many, many hours of my life working on a computer and had never really given much thought about buying a monitor mount. Most of the ones I had seen in the past were $100 and up and I didn't really see the point. I had the idea to set up multiple monitors to be able to have a PDF, Excel worksheet and Word document all open at the same time. I bought three of these mounts to make it look right and so that I could have two of the monitors set up in portrait mode with the third monitor in landscape mode. These mounts take about 5 minutes to mount, including the time needed to take the old mount off of the monitors. These mounts allow for a wide range of motion in several directions, including tilt. They are quite secure and I have no doubts about their security. They do tilt slightly under the weight of the monitor (1-2 degrees) if you have the monitor set up off-center, but I'm sure that nearly all mounts would do the same thing unless they were substantially overbuilt. One advantage I did not anticipate was that I can set up my monitors so that they are at the perfect eye-level, which allows me to work with much better posture. I will never again leave a monitor on its factory stand. These are $30. There's just no reason not to have one (or three).

Great mount for a small price.
I use this for my tertiary monitor which I can switch from being a TV, or CCTV monitor (in which case I have the monitor pushed away) or when I'm using it as a third extended desktop I can bring it back in closer to the other two for a more harmonious sight-line.I had previously looked at the double and triple monitor mounts, but they have a few weaknesses:1. All three screens MUST be the same as you can't adjust the individual height2. They put A LOT of pressure on a single point (and if it fails, you lose three screens)3. The outside monitors (on a 3x stand) tend to hang lower than the middle one)4. Using three monitors of the maximum allowed size usually doesn't allow a great viewing angle, since you can't adequately adjust the angle due to the monitors touching each other. Some reviews say this monitor stand sags; but I can't say I've had that problem. The product specs says it can handle up to 33lb units - but I wouldn't push it; manufacturers tend to look at their products through rose-coloured glasses. I have a 19" RCA tv/monitor at 9lbs and it is rock solid. This mount is an absolute dream to have, it clears up a massive amount of desk space that would have been occupied by the monitor stand (which would have also been in a position that would have been too low) it really adds a modern feel without being obtrusive.Setup sucks - get a friend to help; also with the bracket you get can't close it beyond an inch, invest in a scrap piece of hardwood and put it on the under-side of the desk mount to fix that annoying engineering error.Secondly, when you find a vertical tilt degree you like, make sure your buddy is holding the screen in the EXACT place you want and tighten those damn screws HARD, otherwise it may droop.Once setup, the stand is solid, but very easy to move when you desire such and can be successfully articulated across the latitudinal plane. My other two monitors are happy sitting on their own stands on the desk, but if I ever desired to mount them in another fashion I'd be more than willing to buy two more of these.NOTE: After a great deal of time this (or any mount) will leave a mark/impression in the desk material - keep that in mind and don't be afraid to use more hardwood planks to act as sacrificial pieces.NOTE 2: You cannot rotate between landscape/portrait at will - you must take off the mounting plate from the back and replace it in your desired position.

Ne supporte pas le poids de l'écran
Le bras n'est pas assez solide pour supporter un écran, et penche tout seul vers un coté. à eviter absolument
