Very convenient. 4 individual packs. I use them for my hair. If you rinse your hair 1-2x weekly with pure rice water, the results are amazing. You just simmer the 1 pack in a large pot for about half an hour. Let cool, then keep it in the fridge.Use about 8-10 ounces per rinse and leave it in overnight. Thicker, longer, shiny hair, with less fallout. UNBELIEVABLE !!!
