Good fresh quality
Good flavor. I prefer another but similar brand. They are similar. Nothing wrong at all, but i prefer a different brand. Will use both.

I loved this seasoning but for some reason it got clumpy and hard. Had to throw it away.

It's ok, however, it is NOT (and does not claim to be) a salt substitute. It is salt free seasoning which is readily available from several different companies in all major supermarkets. There is a distinction between 'salt substitute' and 'salt free'.... Just something to keep in mind before throwing 9 bucks out the window. Now, that being said, if your looking for a salt free seasoning, it's pretty good - maybe a bit pricey.
